尚夫人很好的一位慈祥的人、幾年前華人過年她和先生尚達曼登門拜訪每一戶民宅、還和我媽媽拍照、媽媽今天93歲、她用潮洲話和和我媽媽說話、很真很真、像一位親人一樣，❤❤❤❤❤❤❤❤
The epitome of a First Lady. Kind, humble, down to earth, intelligent, wise and can articulate her thoughts well.
Irene Woo - but she badly needs a good hair stylist (maybe hair-dresser too). Next she needs a good fashion advisor. She needs to dress smartly and elegantly if she wants to be the first lady. Other than that she is OK.
I do agree with you. She is a good wife, and mother and will be a very good First Lady too.
She would be a First Lady Singaporeans can be proud of. So articulate, so down to earth, and such a great story-teller. She will carry and represent the Singapore narrative super well at home or overseas.

图书馆的意义重大 70年代家境没有那么富有 我很庆幸只因我家就在图书馆的对面 我就从小就“溜达”到图书馆去 就与书本结了缘 就如尚达曼夫人所说的 图书馆里的一切 对上学的孩子 都很有新鲜感 我对一切好奇的事件 都在图书馆里找到了答案 从小我就体会到 原来世界是那么的扩大 远远超越了我的社区 我的国家。
I can relate her National Library experiences ~ the volume of books, is so wondrous for a young mind. The novels after novel. And there the Hawker Center ~ I loved the ice Kang/Chendol there, mind you some bees will swamp around you.

If you become the First Lady of Sgp, do something for the prosperity of Sgp and Singaporeans. By your proximity to the Head of State you become a strong influencer in what you do, say, dress , carry yourself etc. Please break out of the traditional mould of Sgp First Lady and be more visible, more dynamic ...because you have the potentials to think outside the First Lady's box. One eg. dress simply but nicely. Everyone watching you will also notice your clothes, accessories etc. There'll be strong interest in wanting to know where you buy your lovely clothes, accessories... and you tell the world " It's designed by a Singaporean and made in Sgp." Immediately the stocks for your clothes and accessories will run out! That's how great an influence you have on the Sgp domestic market if you are the First Lady.
Of course the prerequisite is you must have a good dress sense.
