Pretty obvious don't you think? That kind of hit doesn't belong in the game of hockey, and he got stretchered off the ice. Have some respect for Podz
@@sn1p3r847 Forgive me for not trusting second hand accounts. The public needs to see the brutal maneuver to assist shaming the AHL to take appropriate action. Censoring the bad only allows incidents to be swept under the rug. The NHL only took action on headshots because Savard/Cooke matter was widely published. NHL/AHL restricts the publishing of these incidents because it’s bad for business, not out of respect. To show respect is to highlight the issue to force the league under public pressure to enact punishments so that these behaviours do not happen. For example, if it wasn’t for Cherry’s incessant highlighting of the injuries from touch icing it may have taken longer to get rid of it. Careers have been saved by that rule.
Okay fair point, but I think they just didn't want to show the injury because they just wanted to be respectful regarding the fact it was just terrifying to see happen to Podz
