why doesnt it tilt more??some of the loads are getting stuck and it doesn't even have a bed striker installed to jar it loose.

How come the dump bed is so shallow, or the sides are lower than a regular dump truck bed?

the dump angle should be improved to 85°s or better - also install a dump bed shaker to it you see all the dirt sticking inside
Needs either a steeper dump angle or a box vibrator to have a completely empty box.

it should have a blade up front for pushing and leveling
