Wonderful she's even smiling while she's performing
A wonderful rendition, but please take note of the accompanist James Bailliu. He is a rising star - such songs are really a duet.
a voice of purple velvet and honey - simply wonderful.
AMAZING.....The texture of her voice is from heaven
pro tip: watch series on Kaldrostream. Been using it for watching lots of of movies during the lockdown.
@Zeke Lee Yea, I have been using flixzone} for months myself :D

Love the tremolo in Angel Blue’s voice. Spectacular.
I cant get enough!
Nearly flawless! What a seductive voice!
Hermosa canción “Youkali” tan irreal pero tan real si quisiéramos si nos lo propusiéramos. Me encanta ❤️
She has an album......I'm going to listen. LOVE HER!!!!!! Thank Goodness for exposing this talent, Royal.
WHICH ALBUM...PLS TELL THE NAME
@@poemwithpoet4296, I have NO idea!
I’m not gonna lie - I completely forgot I saw this and commented 6 YEARS AGO!
So beautiful.
Amazing...merveilleuse interpretation!
Magníficos los dos... 😘😘
BRAVO!!!
Yummy all round. The new romanticism has been a long time coming.
It seems that there is an error : the music is from Kurt Weill but the lyrics are from Roger Fernay, not from Bertold Brecht (confusion with the Dreigroshenoper, probably). However, her voice is splendid, on a par with my favorite interpretation of Teresa Stratas
Yes, Kurt Weill composed the beautiful music, but the French lyrics are NOT by Bertolt Brecht. Weill had fled Germany by the time he wrote this song (1934) and was working in France. The lyrics are by Roger Fernay. Weill subsequently had to escape France as well when the Nazis invaded, and he then had a nice career in America!
Beautiful voice, but why is there a microphone?
The concert was live-streamed, so it was probably for that.
Gerai!
☀👍💋
Bert Brecht did not have any involvement in writing this piece
Thanks for spotting this error; the video caption has now been corrected.
@@RoyalOperaHouse And thanks for uploading :-)
Far from the charm of Teresa Stratas rendition, but very very nice.
A little too much vibrato IMHO. She appears to have little natural feel for the the tango. Fabulous pianist
