We have had horrific experience with Jhonson Lifts in Sobha Amythest Bangaluru a pity Sobha Builders who call themselves reputed used a substandard supplier . We have been having free falls from floor 16 to 8 and one residents wife was in hospital with spinal injuries. The best result Jhonson Lifts seniors in Banglore office just brushed it off as everything is OK . The Army welfare Association in Whitefeild bangalore with over 30 towers is also having massive issues . All substandard products and very bad workmanship and after sales . After repeated pleading we have no option but now going legal on them the good part is we have so many societies who want to now join us in the fight. What a patahtic end . The senior management seems is not just briefed whats happening or lost in their Ivory towers.
Unlike in consumer products lifts brands has nothing much to contribute to the emotional satisfaction of the customer. The functional benefit is the 100% contributer. If the product performance & service quality is not Good. The brand is dead.
