- Today we Prepared a Gujrati Food undhiyu With Street Food Style we used sweet potato,tomato,yumm,banana,potato,brinjal,green chilli,Bottle Gourd and some Other vegetables
Jethalal,s favorite recipe is Umbadiyu but this Undhiyu recipe. both recipes are from Gujarat and almost same veggies are used in both recipes but umbadiyu cooked with only steam no tadka no oil

Undhiyu mai pani nahi dalte hai sirf imli ka gud ke sath pani banate hai wahi hota hai, baaki sub pura oil mai hi subji o ko bhun na hota hai. But u tried 👍👍👍👌
