Budgies playing with some new toys

- Our friend Lyn sent us some toys in the mail and they arrived today!
The budgies are very excited about the new toys :)

😩They don't even let me touch them
Haha alot of ppl are thinking their wings were clipped, but no if you look close you can see that they are changing into adult budgies sort of to speak that the coat is changing. That means that the wings will get new feathers but sometimes their feathers go faster off, for one budgie and for the other one its slower eventually they will grown back. Sorry for my bad English i did my best xD

I wish my budgies was calm like those , mine goes super crazy when I put my hand in the cage
If u want to get it on ur hand just put ur hand in the cage for 20-30 minutes for around a week the start to put ur hand closer. When it is comfortable with ur hand in the cage and close to it get a small pirch and millet to lure it on the pirch use one hand for pirch second for millet then stick out ur index finger and start to move it closer then after a couple days use millet to get it on ur finger it should think hand=food=happiness

This sort of reminds me of "A Budgie's Life," which is a webcomic. It's pretty funny and cute. The yellow one in the comics is antisocial as well haha! The greenish yellow one is a bit feisty. Wow, why am I commenting on a 4 year old video. lol

Put those toys on a shelf! Throwing things over the edge was very fun for the budgie I had. Dropping the thing the budgie checked that the thing got down all the way to the floor.

can budgies be trained if I have four of them, and same as teaching them to talk. Some one told me that because I have four it will be hard to train and teach them compared to if I just had one, they are about 17 weeks old.

Baltic Tiger I spent a long time taming and bonding with each of them to get them to this stage! It's great your budgie is hoping on your finger means you're getting there!
sorry I'm late replying to your message! yes Daisy (yellow budgie) was a rescue she is very timid and can't fly so she is a bit quieter than the others!
They actually seem kinda like the budgies from budgies life but Tony is more blue
I’m gonna get 2 budgies in the coming weeks hopefully I can get a boy and a girl that will mate and hopefully they’ll be this playful :D

beautiful but i'l so sad that still exist people who clipp their budgies wings ... ( Budgies are really made to fly...) This practise comes from old-edge ...
Their wings are not clipped, they can all fly apart from daisy the yellow one who I rescued and she's never been able to fly.
I think it's OK while taming the bird but after that the wings should grow back so they can fly.

cute birds. but the toys seem to be a waste of money. they only were interested n the things that looked like seeds, which isnt play, and is probably frustrating to them lol
Salted Caramel ASMR why do you feel the need to comment that. You've watched a 2.57 minute video and make a conclusion on what they do and do not like? Play and investigation is an important part of a birds wellbeing. Would you rather they be locked in a cage with no toys or stimulation

my birds never bond with me. its been a good 2 years and they loved me at first, knew tricks and stuff... but now they just get scared of me. how do you bond with them?
Kat Skye Try singing, talking and whistling to them. If they are cockatiels then they are bound to be quite grumpy sometimes but if they are these types of birds in the video then just try hand feeding them or wait until they move closer to you in the cage.
