Honestly I liked some of the E3 sounds better than what we got...but there's no denying that the final sounds they shipped are some of the most iconic for any gamer. Right up there with Halo's shield recharge bar.

It looks and feels so old and outdated. bo4 just offers me a better experience right now, although I doubt I'll play bo4 as much as I played bo2 (I am a serious bo2 addict but bo4 is seriously dope)
Technically you still can enjoy playing Black Ops 2. The game still has a decent amount of people playing it. And there are no modders ruining the game.
Best COD to date. Every aspect of this game is an amalgamation of everything we love about the older titles, and the newer titles wrapped up in one solid package. Fantastic story, blood-pumping multiplayer I still play today, and although a mixed bag: having some of the greatest zombies maps of all time.

Silencer made guns useless, many gimmicky Attachments that were ultimately useless (wallhack attachment), a futuristic setting while the guns felt semi futuristic (just cooler looking normal guns), dubstep with skrillex? Which is nostalgic today, but back then using dubstep as your lobby music was kinda ridiculous, its as they tried to stay 'cool' and 'hip' with the kids since dubstep was in trend back in 2012. The knife was janky, the overall movement of the guns felt sluggish and camping was greatly recommended, since Guardian, Sentry Gun, deployable Shield gave born to whole youtube channels which did nothing but have a perfect camping spot on every BO2 map.
You should go play it even if the games lifecycle is over, I just started again thinking nobody at all would be playing but I was wrong. The community for that game isn’t too bad right now, still a lot of fun

For example I found more low levels on a new account than on my prestige master one but still they were pretty common to find.For sure the system was less oppressive than what COD now have.
