Ain't no way that a house in Dallas for 700,000 plus with about 3000 sq ft that is built by some Mexicans that speed thru the construction and make tons of mistakes and where the materials are subpar and are bought for the cheapest that the general contractor can find..... can compete with a 7500 sq ft home with more than an acre of land on a golf course with wonderful views in south Africa that is of top-quality construction and where the proper time is spent to achieve the best quality..... that one dude needs to visit some newly built homes in the U.S. more to see the stark difference.

I think we need to stop being so surprised by the prices. We also need to stop publically doing price comparisons. Because it encourages inflation.
