I loved how the corridor just changed into level!
Number 1 rule: NEVER EVER go anywhere with an exclamation mark in the backrooms, because that is a guaranteed gateway to level !.

Level ! is actually a relatively easy part of the Backrooms to survive as long as you are in good physical shape. It's a narrow hallway that only goes in one direction, as long as you keep running you're pretty much guaranteed to survive.
I mean, you'd really have to be in good shape. Like, run six miles and avoid obstacles that are blocking your path as you're running, good. But I guess if you can do that, you're good.

@amogus Sub level !-! has safe areas... sometimes, no guarantees. Also not a straight line so there's a lot more variability in one's ability to survive. If your like me and going to get badly winded running 1 mile. I'd rather be there, at least have a shot at survival.
If I was in good shape I'd definately pick ! your very likely to survive.
Except it's no longer just the long hallway, and you spawn in a place away from the infamous corridor as it's an actual empty hospital now.

This is an interesting take on Level !. Having it start out as a seemingly normal hospital hallway, then the lights cut, then the show begins.
That other door made me jump. Wasn't expecting that..I should have.
The exit led to level ! Run for your life.
I anticipated that not only because of the exclamation marks but also how the room was laid out.

“1). If the player is a kid, a pregnant woman or an old person the enteties will go slower to let the person finish easily. There is also a 67% chance that some of the doors will be an exit. The location is unknown tho.”
“2). If you stop 2 things might happen. The enteies will stop running and wait until you start running again (45%) or else you will die and have to re-start the run.”
“3). If you cheat you will die and be taken to level ‘YOU CHEATED.’”
