@@ironcane i just thought about it but voice lines might be the play at level 1 to keep people from hearing you moving around and about, as well as jumping to avoid being identified by footsteps ain't gonna work too much on premades tho, still a fun idea.

They could just give some boost to the raider if the pre made has like, 4 or more people.
I think the solution is easy never balance a game around excellent players in my opinion especially one like this
@@Thatguyyoudontknow594 You know what would actually suck imagine if Season 7 those changes especially Dodges don't get reverted but of course now after finally realizing the actual problems decides to do 2 things
1. Reduce the Damage of SOME Super Attacks "but somehow Special Beam Cannon isn't touched"
2. Raiders now have a higher resistance to Stuns making them able to get out of them much faster then normal "probably by something like 3-4 seconds after being stunned"
The thing about the current balance of the game is that it just made things worse for solos and did nothing against premades. In solo being able to vanish feels so necessary and they didn't nerf any stun nor gacha skills that caused problems.
devs have never commented on why changes are made especially “the core issue with raider” it’s just a quick, easy change that would have a big impact by comparison. changing one line of code makes level 4 do something other than hitting 1 button for 3 minutes. that’s more healthy imo
It is most likely they are in voice chat really efficiently knowing where you are when you were at Level 1 at all times.
It's always the same player going Level 4. They probably have high mobility build with tanky ST passives.
Raiders in general still getting killed by super attacks so devs didn't hit that spot.
Would have been nice to see Baby Level 3 fighting them but they never allowed it. "sigh"
Been enjoying the slightly longform videos that are an hour or longer. Just seeing you do games back-to-back, either in practice or in regular queue, is very entertaining.

Quick story time: I DID play against a pre-made (I believe) on the Snowy Mountain map. They summoned Shenron after finding about three keys, and I JUST got to level 2, so obviously they jumped me. I have two counters I use when being jumped like this: 1. I pull back towards my screen, going with the flow wherever they knock me, but I ensure I move back and shoot my ki blasts. Second, I aim for the Shenron. I will admit, I had two bars of health left after the jump, so I fled.
My big brain play was sending out all three servants I had, each pointing towards a different area, because I didn't want to chance them killing me if I searched for where they hid. And when they got their change power back and tried jumping me again, I led them TOWARDS my servants, so I could safely kill them with my own "team". Not sure if this will help anyone, and if you think I'm a coward, I agree 🤣

so,it seems the issue is,you are trying to fight the pre-made head on
aside from the level 4,the transformations are temporary,so trying to force them to activate them and then just avoiding them seems like a good strategy

Anyways. Its a good format and showcases the extreme situations of the game.
Of course we shouldnt be looking to balance the game out of these artificial situations, but i think its clear that Baby needs to get out of lvl 1 with less Civs, and that his blast voley needs to be able to move.
Everything else was VPN shenanigns, or maybe needing a bit more of strategy, like fighting survivor in aras with obstacles, so you can try and run away from the lvl4 kamehameha regular ki blasts
You know what, games like these make the dodge nerf completely justified.

47:50 i would say these matches are really not a good example to use for balancing, 1st that this is a pre made team, 2nd, these players, or/and you, are lagging, you can see that you are hitting them and its not connecting, while you are taking damage from stuff you dodged, and 3rd, these players are prepared to face a baby raider, and know how to do that as a team.
You cant really balance the game with such conditions.
The point of the video was to show off a premade vs Baby
And you can be prepared even in regular matches for a baby raider its called running a preset sense you do see what raider your going to face when raider que up

In my opinion I don't think they thought Dodge was a core issue The problem is is people pay money sometimes to roll for skills so just based on a small percentage if the devs started to tamper with the skills in a major way like they did the Dodge it would be a outroar and people might actually stop playing If they touch the skills once you pay for it it's like stealing if they take it away
they nerf gacha skills/units in almost every other game. In shinobi striker they nerf both gacha and abilities you pay for

It creates a huge distance extremely fast most raiders will just give up chase.
Floating device was amazing but with all the raiders speed buff it won't be enough anymore. Raiders can also use your own Floating device.
This combo is more safe to use compared to barrier IT since raiders will just cancel you out of IT.
If you lack instant rise you could substitute it with smoke bomb so the raiders has a harder time blowing up your ship.
