People wonder why the working class has shifted to Conservative/Populist parties and abandoned the traditional Labour/Left parties. THIS RIGHT HERE is why.

Actually, it has drastically reduced middle-class white male votes. A majority of women and people of colour have permanently consolidated behind left parties and their number will slowly grow with each election cycle. This might be true for a demography but it is just that demography.
Also, there is no such thing as right populism. Its just fascism or waiting to be fascism. You are either fine with everyone having the same oppurtunities or you want to retain the race gender privileges that keep you ahead of the people of the third world countries. If you cannot do that democratically, you will inevitably do it undemocratically.

I'm the only white Australian but we obviously need to work on our diversity... Edit: I think it's meant to be "Filipinas", but the nationality of the people I work with is so irrelevant day to day that I don't even know how to spell it.

It's a great satire of the financial sector. The issue is when "diversity" gets boiled down to race and sex, instead of being about diversity of thought, experience, or culture. For example, a workplace may want me for being female, but not have any support for autistic employees. I wouldn't thrive there. I would never be their perfect "#girlboss" archetype. Diversity of identities is not (or ought not be) about meeting a quota; it's about removing the implied "x need not apply" sign.
