0:32: Convey your value to the company.
0:44: Give an example of overcoming a complication.
1:07: Get the CEO talking about their biggest challenges.

Please do not forget, any interview (or relationship) is a two way street. Do now kowtow to anyone. Eye level is what you should be aiming for. Remember, the other side should be just as interested in you as you are into them. Keep it even, be dedicated, sell your brand and have some self-respect.
