Nothing but Maggie and MSG..smh I would never eat this type of food this is why hypertension is so high in jamaica..pork, meat and MSG also everything is cooked in rancid seed oil (vegetable oil, canola) etc..they really need education on nutrition as it pertains to natural medicine
