It’s just been harder for me to adjust to wheel after controller so long.
The real challenge is controlling the gas.
I use both so I can be well rounded. Haven't practiced with my controller in a while lol, so I'm going to get back in the habit. Thank you friend.
I honestly wouldn’t advise to do that, unless you’ve got a special reason ofcourse. it will take you twice as long to get faster because you keep having to adapt and adapt. But if you have more fun that way you do you, and i’m glad this video helped :)
I feel like I don’t use all the track on exit and it’s really restricting my speed out of corners
Find flat out chicanes on controller hard because trying to turn left to right really quickly it will just stop you from turning for a sec and then turn you right any tips for that (sorry if I explained it badly)
Hmmm i never really had problems with that, it’s just one of the downsides of driving with a controller, so try to get used to it
Maybe stick deadzone.
Don't know if you can but you might need to adjust your joysticks dead zone. I have mine lowered down so I can flick it when I am at a chicane

L2 r2 for gears and x o for acceleration and breaking. Works soo much better

The controller vibration was better on 21 on 22 i dont get the vibration when im losing traction like in 21. I run assists off except gears. Any help?
Same, its frustrating but what helps is listening to the sound of the car
I KNEW I WASNT THE ONLY ONE, ffs it’s so fucking annoying that I can’t feel the car, all I need is a little more vibration to feel the damn car if I’m losing traction or not

im somehow used to accelerate and brake with right stick. Ive been playing that style since f1 2002 ps2 :D

i played f1 2020 on controler, playing f1 22 feels so weird like too much oversteer, i cant push the stick all the way to a side without spinning, anyone noticed that?

Why you pushing the right control stick?
Either to look around me or change the menu in the bottom right, that way its easier to change brake bias during a hotlap

1: i play on controller to but i have my steering sens on 430 or something and i see you play on 340 or somerhing, but hoe do you play on that beqause the car is not turning very well if i have the stock sensitivity! Any tips? Thankss
2: i want to switch to manual gears but how do i know if i am like in 7 gear and i take a corner how do i know and see to what gear i need to go ? I know there is a setting that shows it but i want to know how you know to what gear you need to switch.

1 stock sensitivity works fine if ur used to it, being precise is also important
2 look at hotlaps and count the gears

How do you know to what gear you need yo go, is it slow corners 3 or something and fast 1 or what bq i dont know haha!
Well when starting and you don’t know what gears to use in what corner yes it can help if you know which one to use in which corner.
Slow corners i dont go lower then 2nd usually and shortshift up to 3rd on exit

Maybe you use traction control? Or ur just not maximizing what the car can do
@@Harmnn yea, right. I use TC btw. Cause if i dont use TC, the car will spinning when i hit the pedal.
@@Harmnn should i turn off the TC ? And trying hit the accelerate button as smooth as i can ??

Which controller do you have? It seems like you have a controller that doesn't have analog triggers.

I have a question how do I use ers f1 22 on playstation controller I pressed the square it lowered my gear I pressed L1 it showed the the question panel the one were you ask mark stuff I pressed the joysticks down it still didn't work how do I use ers?

it's an issue since f1 2014...there are some gamepad filters ON, we can't remove this, try F1 2013, the gamepad is VERY responsive, no DELAY
