Northern kenya is the most undeveloped part of Kenya yet it is day night from Kenya to South Sudan. from Smooth highway to impassable murram roads with no bridges> granted it is young country but it is bigger than Kenya, has more fertile land and receive more rain than Kenya. It has way more natural resources than Kenya including large oil reserve. The leadership is a joke, since they join EAC they have never paid a dime
The Chinese of have built good roads in Northern Kenya. Good Roads attracts development.
