Confused about question 5, the woman asks if it's the second drawer down and the man says it's actually the one above but the answer marked is 3, why is that?

I think the man says number 4 at first (second from bottom to top), but then he says "ah sorry, it is actually the one above the second from bottom to top", so number 3.

​@@mila9205 Bit confusing but from my understanding:
6:43 Lady ask "shita kara 2-ban desu ne" which meant "2nd drawer from the bottom right?", so the lady thought it was 4th drawer.
Then the man said "gomen, sono mou hitotsu ue da" which mean, "Sorry, one more drawer above."
Therefore answer is 3.
I didn't catch the "shita kara" initially, so I got it wrong the first time.

I think there might be a mistake in the title. Should this be #3 instead of #2?
Because I noticed this previous video from June 30 ( czcams.com/video/rqCGD_0CpWw/video.html ) is also titled 'N4 Listening 12/2023 #2'
