Mosses require very little nutrition. It can grow with a small amount of nutrients contained in water.

Does anyone know the exact material of the "foam board"? & a link to buy it? I have been looking for ages and only ever find foam board with paper on it, that wouldn't be waterproof. Is it PVC foam sheet? Or Polystyrene?

To fix it on Hygrilon, you need to temporarily secure it with a pin.

この接着剤は水質に影響ないですか？スチレンボードを使う工程でいつもコーキングを使ってるのですが、主さんのように接着剤使ったほうが綺麗に仕上がるので真似したいのですが…なにぶん生体も飼いたいので気になり質問させていただきました
コメントありがとうございます。生体を想定していないのでわからないです。アクアリウム用で生態に影響の少ない接着剤もあったと思うので、そういったものを使用することをおすすめします。
