    Change to assigned seating. It would expedite boarding and be fairer to everyone. To many people have invalid excuses to pre-board, which is unfair to those who have paid extra to board early. If you want to be first to board, don't pay extra, just get a wheelchair and you go before the highest paying customer. The boarding process is a clogged, chaotic, lengthy jumble of everyone trying to find a seat, people saving seats, and not knowing what is available. It is the worst, slowest, least fair, and most frustrating boarding procedure possible.
