I love when Dr. Johnson explains all procedures being performed in the videos
No kidding, it's like having the actual procedure and the theory explained during a lecture. Didn't know I was enrolled in Chiro Clsss.
He was aggressive with the doc lol
he probably knows his body like the back of his hand. he's been adjusting him for years.
I love it, SO much better than that last chiro who adjusted the doc (the one he's been friends with for a long time who was super gentle with everything).
Just shows how confident & gracious you are to promote a colleague
He's in it for the craft. He promotes Chiropractic whenever he can. Also, being friends for over 3 decades I'm sure helps
How does Dr. Johnson’s doctor buddy not have the new and approved ring dinger table..
I was thinking he broke one and was waiting for the new one because it is on order.
I love how Dr Johnson is enthusiastically promoting Dr Terry its amazing camaraderie not competition.
That was an awesome adjustment,he really needed a heavy duty aggressive adjustment plus he's body is used to it with the same Doctor that was epic to watch.
Love seeing chiros adjust each other. You know they have strained their bodies adjusting other patients.
Ah yes, a chiropractor chiropractoring a chiropractor.
I LOVE this video...after 10 treatments with Dr. Johnson , I now understand the head (face) adjustment. When you see him there is so much going on, you don't know what "move" makes you feel so much better. WOW...great doctor and I learned a lot more.
nice video, good to see two experts meet and work. Wish you both many more years!
That is amazing that you really take your time to adjust your patients. The chiropractors that I had been visiting only took less than 5 mins to crack my back and neck.
I regularly watch you and also Dr. Beau Hightower and, now, Dr. Smedstat and the techniques used and I notice (especially with Dr. Hightower) that you all are not watching what you're doing but actually "looking away" and "feeling" where the corrections need to be made and to the degree needed. This is where your great success rate comes from, which, in my opinion is a gift from God. Thanks to all of you.
Watching this relaxes me.
i love these collabs so much
Dr Johnson has a heart of gold👍👍sweet guy
2:05 its amazing how the right leg is higher when the shoe is tilted to the side and the legs are also tilted.
1:26 “biomechanically, its because my hands are straining to twist his right shoe and leaning his legs to the side”
another pure gold video. grateful for these.
Very knowledgeable old school guys. My hat of to you two.
0:58 “you’re welcome buddy I love you” 🥺
These two are old friends, cool to see Dr Johnson hand over the reigns for his own adjustment!
Man I need this in my life
Pretty incredible the instant difference after each joint is adjusted. Really fascinating, especially the science behind it.
The explanation doesn't make a lot of sense. Dr. Johnson was saying his left shoulder weakness was related to his C6 vertebral disc herniation. Popping the shoulder shouldn't have any real effect on this, seeing as the disc is in the cervical spine. He then mentioned something about his brachial plexus, which, although is sort of near the shoulder, again would not really be affected just by cracking the shoulder, as the plexus has reached its terminal branches (musculocutaneous, radial, median, and axillary nerves run through this general region) by that point, none of which run in the joint capsule (afferent fibers of course innervate the joint capsule which provide the proprioceptive input he mentions, such as those coming from Pacinian and Ruffini corpuscles, but these themselves would not be considered the brachial plexus). Additionally, the muscles being tested by the shoulder muscle strength test would be primarily innervated by C5 nerve roots, not C6. There might be something to the adjustment, but the explanation given doesn't seem to add up.
I enjoy watching Dr. Johnson get adjusted.
I think I’m ready for my next adjustment!
Another graduate of the "Harvard of Chiropractic" Palmer!
Thought you were going to hit the floor on the y strap adjustment for a minute. Glad your able to get treated as well Dr. Houston. Have a blessed day and stay well out there.
I'm glad to see him get adjusted.
OMG!! Dr. TS is a Guardian Angel !! Wow, is he GOOD, or what??
Dr Gregory change my life by adjusting my back saved me from a surgical procedure. His signature move the ringer dinger is a relief technique this man was bless by God to use his hands!
Good work doctors
Dude is amazing! He needs a CZcams channel. I can feel him moving the bones
Dr J is a great guy 👍
Man he is a good dr as well
Old school chiropractors are the best!
2 great ones
Wow amazing!
he is amazing, more of that
4:02 Ohhhhh that looks so good
Awesome! 👍
Dr. Smedstadt adjusts like he's in a hurry to be somewhere but you can tell he knows his stuff. No ring dinger but still a serious y axis adjustment. I thought Dr Johnson would fall off the table. Different techniques to Dr Johnson but good to know he's in safe hands.
Yes sir
I am so thankful that my chiropractor in FL does this type of work.
@@JulieStPeter-ie3yo You can see their work on youtube. Go to McLaughlin Chiropractic in Sarasota and Mondragon Chiropractic in Orlando. Sarasota is father and son. Orlando is the daughter.
I prefer the ring dinger boss
Jethro X: So do I but it is not always the appropriate treatment option. Gotta give the doc credit for showing it like it is.
Dr. Johnson: "See it's important to get all of the synovial joints adjusted so that you cavitate them creating a proprioceptive neurological bombardment that goes up through the cord afferently into the cerebellum and is regurgitated by the cerebellum and sent back efferently to function our nervous system and a higher level of function."
Me: "Exactly". 😅
This is your Houston chiropractor reporting live from your Houston chiropractors table.......ahhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!
:) The Neural Decompression Table is pretty good value for money.
Lol, when he says that he is 2 inches longer, look how is holding the feet. I noticed the trick.
also the cameras position seemed to benefit it, when the right was shorter the camera was on the left and vice versa.. the angle of the camera looked to enhanced the difference, might just be me but.
When one leg is longer it pushes up against the hindmost cushion(it's slanted), lifting the knee. It exaggerates the difference, my estimate that with two inches difference, the actual difference in the hips is more like half an inch.
You cannot check leg difference with the shoes on. It will give you false readings every time.
What pillow brand is on the rack? Any thoughts on other pillows on market that are too quality
Where can I find this type of treatment in Arkansas :/
"THERE WE GO" ~Dr Johnson
I still think The Johnson “Ring Dinger” method is best.
5:14 Shots Fired.
Sweet, I always wondered what John Schneider did after the Dukes of Hazzard.
this is like a supervisor being supervised by supervising supervisor
How often should one get adjusted
Hello dr. G
I have Bulging Disc in my Neck C4-C5 C6-C7
And also went ro chiropractor and end up in ER with extreme pain in my thoracic area (T2-T9). My MRI, XRAY, seeing 6Docs but none of them can help me. I've done ESI INJECTIONS PROCEDURES done last month but didt help me. To go back to chiropractor again its SCARE me. Now IDK what to do. I need ur help/advise me what should i do ?
So passionate
I love seeing that Dr Johnson has someone who takes care of him!😍
no ring dinger doc?
Lmao shade at Dr. Cip
U felt that all the way down dinya doc?
I'm loving how the second song playing in the background is "Ride Like the Wind" by Christopher Cross!!!
Real closely, I was wearing headphones, and I know the song (and know how to play most of it on piano!)
What's the device at 4:16 called?
Love the comradery between friends of 20+ years!
He really needs to invest in a new Ring Dinger table.
I know I’m not the only one kind of on edge watching this video because you have absolutely no idea what adjustment this Dr. will do next unlike Dr. Johnson 😂
Ought to watch Dr Hightower. He pulls out the big hammers and hole punches. I learned of him when he appeared on one of Dr Js videos. So I ambled over to his channel.....he takes a somewhat different approach.
5:45 lol almost killed the dr Johnson
5:43 i dont think this was planed?
Always go to the guy who adjusts the best chiropractor around because hes probably even better 😉
The beef is real
I thought he was going to pull him right onto the floor when his junky table almost fell apart lol. Careful there Doc O_O
0:32
Rip dr don white
I don’t think he likes Dr Cipriano in NC 😂 this is like the third diss in counting
This guy uses more force.....🧐 this is exactly what I need 🤔
How was his leg that far off if he’s an advanced chiropractor? How did he get that bad out of adjustment? That y strap looked like it killed him.
It was supposed to say not because of adjusting patients but because playing all LOL 🤣🤣🤣😂😂🤣😂
5:44 the headboard down is a little fail?
yea, then "dr." johnson's head like falls off but he tries to act like it's ok. that "adjustment" did literally nothing.
@@omgitsmatt3mdm117 then he can barely say "I love that" because his spine is bent the wrong way. What a world.
@@RedRoseSeptember22 I do not approve the insults, in fact mine was just a question
Does this guy has stopwatch rurned on somenwhere. He is charging per minute lol
The hunter been hunted 🙃
Why is Dr. Smedstad is so aggressive? He is doing each adjustment so fast omg... so stressful to watch. You are adjusting a human being not a horse. Lol.
He has adjusted doctor Johnson SEVERAL times over SEVERAL years. He knows how the doc's body works and how to adjust it. Plus add in the fact that doc smedstas was probablg being a little camery shy
Beef with Cipriano right there!
@@ornitorinco8750 At 5:13, but I wouldn't really call it a "beef." Some people like to create drama from nothing.
I would love to make my husband an appointment to see Dr. Johnson. He has horrible headaches
This guys definitely had some Deangelo Vickers vibes goin on
Well this was an awkward video... and even stranger 'don't leave me hanging' bro-hug.
It's like at this point Mr. Johnson has had so much back and forth movement with his skeletal frame that his joints are like stripped screws. Probably needs to get adjusted all the time because of all the force and pressure he has to apply for work.
Poor doc that was really wrestling
I love how you reminded him to do you hands and arms
If Ain’t 5 star Full Service I Don’t Want It Lol
Is it me or does it look like he caught the docter by suprise and asked him to squeeze him in last minute
Well it seems like they're buddies. So he might have just offered to get him in last minute.
@@blay7263 maby but a rushed chiro visit just gives me the heebiejeebies
That's Hot!
This is your Houston Chiropractor getting tossed around like a rag-doll
