Unfortunately through the condition most of people live, they have no conscience like us about that. So our work is also to bring this sense of responsibility for them.
When being poor and stressful sex can help to relieve, however they don't expect that it eventually turn to be pregnancy although they certainly know about sex and pregnancy. With no sex education they become more careless about the possibility of being pregnant after sex
