Keeping it simple works for me. Being from Leicester, I used to bike out and round eyebrook as a teenager. So I laughed out loud when as you said you were there and then it skipped to an ad featuring a huge waterfall and dramatic landscape. I thought how much it had changed since I was last there😃

Great video Adam. Hundreds of people would love to get out and enjoy the countryside but do not have the finance. This small car kitted out is ideal for somebody that wants a weekend away. The bigger white motor homes are brilliant, expensive and despised by many locals, Cornwall. Having a nice cottage with a sea view spoilt when three great big vans roll up outside their window and maybe dumping 'stuff' is looking for trouble. Nobody would object to a small vehicle parked anywhere even in a 'speck' in London. You are educating people who see you as 'one of us' and trying nothing fancy but practical in use and loves nature. Keep going mate.
Locals will always despise people visiting areas no matter what they are in and they have the ocean view all year round and are no more entitled to it than anyone else so tough luck if they don't like the white motor homes pulling up.

Hahaha we do that all the time when we’re scoping for that “sweet” spot. I haven’t used my jet boil much probably cause our stops tend to be two nighters and I use the stove n kettle. I think you need to incorporate some kind of hammock to be able to sleep in that car comfortably. Maybe get some strong loops welded into the car roof at the front and back to hook the hammock into. Just an idea

My ex (still best mates with her) went to Uni down there. She lived in Oadby then on Welford Road. At the time I delivered tyres from up here, but my route was Rutland, Oakham, Loughborough and down into Leicester. There is a guy on CZcams called Morts and he went car camping in his skoda city go i think it's called it's probably the same size as your kia maybe smaller anyway he took all seats out apart from drivers and had a flat floor which was carpeted and had had all his storage under the floor which is accessible by hatches he went all over uk and Europe and went down to Turkey Georgia watch it you'll see what i mean about his car great channel love watching your adventures keep it up mate
Hi Adam, still loving the channel 👍 sounds to me like one of the brake calipers (or wheel cylinders,if rear drum brakes?) May be siezed. That will lock the brakes on when hot and make you use A LOT of fuel. Hope this helps ? Keep up the good work...lovin it

We thought a similar thing but we had them all off when we did the brakes and disc think I replaced the back right caliper ... still could be the back left I need to spray the handbrake cable
I thought I could manage on the back seat of my Astra, nope ended up in the same sleeping position as you ,not good, going to have to try either removing the front passenger seat or flatten the back seat with my feet in the boot.

Aww mate…my first car was a 1979 Ford fiesta with the sporty bits stuck on and a vinyl roof. This was in 1992 mind, and by then it was full of rust under the vinyl and when I got a bit of speed up flakes of rust would fly off like confetti 😂. Damn thing never liked to start when it was chilly but luckily I lived on a hill so just had to make sure I parked facing downwards and pull out the old choke to jump start it on my own 👍🏻

definatly a tad small, I would take out the front seat and have the bed all the way from front to back.

Aww mate…my first car was a 1979 Ford fiesta with the sporty bits stuck on and a vinyl roof. This was in 1992 mind, and by then it was full of rust under the vinyl and when I got a bit of speed up flakes of rust would fly off like confetti 😂. Damn thing never liked to start when it was chilly but luckily I lived on a hill so just had to make sure I parked facing downwards and pull out the old choke to jump start it on my own 👍🏻
