I feel it makes no sense for someone to spend 20 minutes of his time watching this and have no clue about the pricing

12 months payment system is very wrong in Nigeria. If a new university graduate that started working can’t buy a house from your projects, can he kindly explain how he or she to pay in 12 months while other parts of the world it take 10 to 30 years through mortgage payments through bank. They way he sound he is building for just politicians and the rich. This is absolutely ridiculous. The payment plan is wrong. 12 months payment system is very wrong in Nigeria. You can hardly get 12 months payment plan in Lagos so I think this is a good start. We don’t have good credit system and it’s hard to recover funds.

You can't eat your cake and have it. Other parts of the world,at 7% interest rate right now,you will pay 270% of your loan amount at the end of 30years. Choose your devil! Western world rip you off!

While I agree that 12 months is not feasible for the majority of the people, however, we must take into consideration the kind of system we operate in Nigeria. If Real estate investors have a system of transferring liabilities (Long term installment payments like 10-20yrs) to institutions like banks or Morgage companies the long-term payment is possible. But nobody wants to lose out on money especially in a fragile economy like Nigeria.

The system that 10-30years plan works is a rip off. U pay back 200-270% at the end of your loan term

Come to New York City, go to Barcelona in Spain and other Cities around the World and see how buildings are practically built together. Travel and see for yourself and stop making caricature of yourself here..
