I didn't have the exact same pattern but something very similar. This video helped me so much!! The instructions that came with the pattern were too brief, this video helped me to know were the sew and how to sew.

I do have one recommendation the front and back of the fabric that you're using are almost the same color so I got a little lost sometimes...but as great as you are, I would go back and listen to you. What do you use for marketing and is it easy to come off I see it’s purple but when I use my purple marker and never comes off doesn’t matter what material it is
Is the seam allowance already included in the sizing of the pattern or do you need to include SA when you cut to fabric?

I reluctantly make pants because of fit issues. The pockets pill slightly at the bottom seam and have difficulty getting rid of the frown lines in the back. It would be great if you could do a tutorial for us girls that have these issues.

I know the brand is Baby Lock. On a previous Sewlebrity (sp) tutorial she was using the Baby Lock Crescendo.
I’m so glad I found this tutorial because I usually make a wide leg pant with a side zipper and hook and eye. This time I want to try a fly flap and it seemed so confusing but your tutorial made it very clear for me. I’m using simplicity 8957 and it is pretty much the same pattern. Thank you

Can you use this pocket with a skirt
Amanda Smith she has a pattern with a pocket similar to this one it’s for a jumper dress and pants. So yes you can use this for a skirt as well 😌

Why didn't you mention the darts in front and back.. Some of us are new sewers you can't assume that we know everything..a step by step is supposed to be just that...
These are not learn to sew videos. They have an assumed amount of knowledge. If you are new to sewing you might want to try sewitacademy.com it would be impossible to cover everything in detail each time.
