Excellent advice. Our system went offline about a month ago during a heat wave due to the line clogging that we didn't know about. I'm planning on doing this a few times a year now.
Thank you so much I’ve learned so much from you. Yes it was. It had like mold inside the pan so I’m guessing I took a pool charcoal and ever since then I had no problem and every month I’ve been doing like you said and I’ve had no problems. Thank you so much for your show, God bless you and your family. Thank you.
Thanks for the video! I have had problems with the drain line plugging. It amazes me that the technician that comes around once a year to maintain the furnace doesn’t clean out the condensate line.
When you pour the vinegar into the pipe, what keeps it in the pipe so the vinegar can sit for 30 minutes? Won't it just run outside? What cleans out the pipe from the tee back into the air handler? Doesn't that become plugged as well?
Vinegar should never touch the coil, if it's in the air handerler area it touches the coil. Down stream it should be good. Be careful. It can corrode the copper and aluminum

Doing this a few times a year is a great idea. Good luck!

How often should this be done? Also, how can you let it sit if you have a pump?

You could have gone back and started at the compressor - starting point of the water
