- Kokoda Caravans has been developing a new range of caravans, perhaps heralding a new era for Kokoda in which traditional construction methods are pushed aside in favour of the composite fibreglass panel beast we see here. It’s called the Counter Strike and it’s slowly becoming available in a variety of sizes and layouts.
Tare: 2880kg (up to 3080kg)
ATM: 3500 (up to 3900kg)
Unladen ball weight: 200kg

It’s better looking than a Zone
Assume all that adds up to a crazy asking price just like the ripp off Zone. And then you need a $150k rig to tow the bedroom on wheels. which is too heavy t go off-road other then a gravel track that is wide enough for tree branches not to take out the roof. You would not tow this in any soft sand tracks or beach sand due to its near 4tonne payload. Massive height also makes it a huge wind drag to kill fuel economy.
Anything else you want to have a little whinge about while you are at it? :) There are many manufacturers and vans that play in this space and a big market for those that want all the bells and whistles - they wouldn't put it out to market if nobody wanted them. Do you own a Kokoda or Zone? Perhaps have a chat to those that own them and see what they think - or perhaps you want to bad mouth them as well.
