In 1995ish, I purchased a Mossberg 802 Plinkster & mounted a Centerpoint scope on it. I could not begin to count, how many bricks of American Eagle ammo my 3 kids stuffed through this thing. The rifle has always delivered exceptional accuracy, despite the uncomfortable grip angle & heavy trigger I have also discovered CCI, standards, are its favorite diet. This rifle has & will perform solidly, among rifles costing many $100’s more. It’s funny, even when people have seen what the rifle is capable of, they still don’t believe it or say I got lucky & got a good one. I currently have 2 other variants of the rifle, Rossi & Citadel. They also shoot equally as well. These rimfire rifles are the finest value/dollar on the market & have been for years. No one believes it. No one WANTS to believe it.
