Easily the best one out of the 4, they were creative on how visualize his skill effects, especially his divine dog on 1st skill xD they probably could’ve done more with the others _(ahem ahem, Sukuna)_ but Julian aka Megumi definitely deserved the best out of this

This buff is quite rare for Julian. Some even say he's too OP right now.
At first I was skeptical as to how they would incorporate megumi's animals with julian's skills and turns out to be the best skin out of the four (coming from a melissa main lol)
How to make a HERO have good skin potentials:
Give it skills that have different effects depending on gimmicks
Example: Roger and his wolf/human forms have great skins, Selena is also similar with this, Julian and Paquito also fits these

a short note here: i think Megumi's 2nd skill also makes him activate Domain Expansion: Chimera Shadow Garden since not only he disappears, but also deals damage on its path
I know the whole forsaken light squad was kinda made for the jjk skins. But all I'm saying is that we could've gotten a vexana megumi where he summons mahoraga

I think juli skin is best too. My only bias over choosing gojo is cos xavier as a hero is a bigger asset in battle and i will pick him more often.

I can agree, Julian has the best JJK skin out of all of them. (Not being biased just because I'm a Julian player lol)
Julian basically is the only one worth buying, Gojo’s is also great and Nobara’s is not what I expected but Itadori’s one just sux like no joke, unless you like the ult “easter egg” where he appears with sukuna’s tattoos then don’t get Itadori’s skin at all

He is my favorite character in jjk but I don't play Julian he got awesome effect made me want that skin it's so pretty they replaced all his weapon with a shikigami it's so cool and I realize he's good and recently it's for the first time I'm using a quick chat with skill in cd since he doesn't have ult to show so my teammates wouldn't get mad what I was doing

@@yvainnoble9147 everytime the draw resets at exactly 4 pm. I recommend y’all subscribe to that one where you get 30 dias a day for only $2 and do daily draw. You’ll get the skin cheaper and maybe get one Jujutsu skin.

They shd really nerf the 1st skill instead of buffing. Burst dmg is for heroes and skills that have downsides, his is a long range atk with good duration and the downtime is low af. Not to mention his other skills all have their own utilities too. He is a hero that can piss enemy off with his constant barrage of a wide arsenal. But as he is now he is like old wanwan, u can pull of a lucky combo and immediately one shot multiple enemies. With his skillset weakened u will need more expertise to constantly do proper combos to get an edge over ur enemies.
Nah dont worry soon Julian will get nerfed since he’s too overpowered now

I feel it is worth buying for the esthetics. It is COOL. However, don't forget that in mlbb with great power comes great nerf.
The current power up is probably to attract players to get skins.
I agree with Elgin Megumi Fushiguro is one of the best skin in the JJK skin Collaboration
But too bad the heroes have full of nerfs
just a quick tip here when using julian:
you'd want to have less cds whilst having low damage rather than what elgin did here, the thing is, it's for julian players to play the character more than just running out of nowhere from teamfights. here are my recommendations:
starting off with enchanted talisman, very useless but that 1 second less from your cd will help, the unique passive to be precise.
and secondly is to maintain of getting the blue buff, this also gives him the advantage less cds as well.
i could send my usual build when playing but i probably have said too much "stupid" for this comment so 😀

Elgin dude past adjustments are not a reason to buff a hero. You have to look at how the hero is doing in the meta. Look at Argus, he's currently only received buffs but he is not at all popular.
Then you have Wanwan who, while having been nerfed mostly, still pretty much gets a good chunk of attention.
