I listened to Glorious Rock Bottom a few months before quitting alcohol, I wasn't even considering quitting but a few months later I had my last drink and am now 9 months sober. I feel that the glorious truth of this book helped me on a very subconscious level. Thank you Bryony and Fearne :)
