Better join in as JE/SSE via recruitment done in local area.
ESE would make you go throughout IR.
Besides even in KR, the HQ is in belapur (Navi Mumbai) so any HQ post will put you in mumbai only.

This year only 108 passed in mains exam mean around 50-55 seat Available and from this 30% for open caste mean 13-15. Seat which mean if u not secure AIR within 15 then your selection not possible
