I remember that at the time people actually thought that these songs were canon, because Scott actually commented on some of them and even said that he liked the lyrics lol but obviously they are not, they were made with the theories that were most well received at the time
the first & second one actually still holds up even with the new lore.
as those two aren't contradicted in anyway by newer releases.

2nd song doesn't hold up because Charlie who possessed Puppet isn't adult, especially isn't mother, and her son never existed and never possessed golden freddy. And golden freddy is possessed by a girl named Cassidy and William's son Garrett Afton.
I can’t resist laughing at “The man behind the slaughter” line because it has become such a meme despite how fucked up it is in the context of the song 😭

The fourth song is not just a retelling of the thoughts of the hero of the fourth part, it is also a commentary from Tomstone himself. The fact is that the fans asked to make a song for fnaf 4, but Tombstone had no desire to do it. But under pressure from fans, he still wrote a song and expressed his thoughts in it, especially in the moment with Plushtrap's room.

It should be noted that a wide majority of fnaf songs are based off vibes and not anything that actually relate to the games, though that definitely doesn't change they're bangers
What’s wild about these songs, especially the first two, is that they got the lore almost completely correct for them besides some slight mistakes they would have no idea about like Afton using a golden Bonnie suit instead of the golden Freddy suit.

11:02 the point in the music video where it flashes “It’s Me”, anytime I’ve listened to the song, I’ve interpreted it as one of the children who became Golden Freddy crying out to their worried mom, who’s still looking for answers to what happened to her child. The child doesn’t need to say their name, because to a loving mother, they’ll recognize the voice of their child.
I think that the current theories are that either it is the Crying Child communicating to Michael or Cassidy communicating to William Afton
i'm sure plenty of people have mentioned this already, but the FNAF 2 song, "It's Been So Long," runs on the old theory that The Puppet is possessed by the mother of the child inside Golden Freddy, which is... quite visibly untrue as of now. (at least, i think that's meant to be the takeaway. the puppet lyric could just be a throwaway reference.) but for a while, the song made people think that was the _actual canon explanation!_
However, if you swap the genders of mother and son it could still work as a Henry and charolette song

I remember when I was younger I used to use these songs as proof of lore, in particular I remember talking about the Puppet being the mother of Golden Freddy with my friend just because of the FNAF2 song. Other FNAF fan song staples are Groundbreaking and DAGames! ESPECIALLY DAGames, his songs are incredible. I’d really recommend listening to them

I haven't heard some of these songs in years! It was very nostalgic to hear them again and to see you react to them. Heck, I hadn't even heard the FNAF 4 song until now, and I have to say, it's amazing!
What's even sadder about the 2nd song is that the children's bodies were never retrieved, which probably added more to the parent's sadness
Something sadder is the fact that in the current place in the timeline, rhe parents could possibly still be alove. Meaning they're probably pissed at the fact that the company ran the place where their children went missing is still thriving and doing better than ever.

The Living Tombstone is the exact reason how I realized that there's deep lore in this seemingly one-off horror game at the time, with the lyrics of poor little souls, lost out of control, and forced to take that role. It is surface level lore, but still. You wouldn't be able to find these kinds of stuff during normal gameplay or just watching youtubers play it unless you are already actively hunting for it, for some reason.
"I'm not sure if I understand the lore so much but this is a banger" literally me when these songs first came out and me not knowing half of the fnaf lore.

10:12 That's one of the things I really love about The Silver Eyes. The main characters are close friends of one of the victims of the murders, which is explored... More than not at all. Frankly with that trilogy, even the first book a little bit, the bar is so low that I count that as a huge win.

I think this was the 1st HUGE Fnaf fan content at the time till & was maybe the biggest till fangames came out in higher quality. I loved them SO much when they came out & I still love them today. yeah the 4th song does go back to the original at parts cuz thats how scott wanted fnaf 4 to be, cuz the 3rd was deemed unscary , fnaf 2 quickly lost its tension while still being fun, and the 1st what made it scary was the tension and the waiting, which is why i made fnaf 4 with fnaf 1 in mind
I'd recommend a few other songs as well. Namely, I'd recommend "Save Me (Male version)", "The Puppet Song", "Still Alive (just lyrics for that one to avoid spoilers)", "Bringing Us Home", "It's Me", and "Disconnected." After you play Sister Location I'd recommend "Afton Family", "Join us for a Bite", "Daddy's Little Monsters", "Dance to Forget", "Don't Come Crying", and "Circus of the Dead". After Pizzaria Simulator I'd recommend "Salvaged Rage", "Now Hiring at Freddy's".
Edit: Also, I saw you a lottle confused about the "Die in a Fire" song. Basically, the FNAF 3 minigames do show Purple Guy returning to the FNAF 1 pizzaria and dismantling the animatronics. Obviously this was 8-bit in the games, so ot just had purple guy wave his arms a couple times and the animatronics fell to pieces at his feet, but this is probably what the real version woild look like.

I've been busy with life stuff the past few months so I've not had much time to watch, but it's been really exciting to see you're getting into fnaf, Weeby!

Oh man. Trust me, the 4th game has THE biggest lore holes in the whole series. Only Sister Location might be on par.
All 6 of their big FNaF Songs, 1, It’s Been So Long, Die In A Fire, I Got No Time, I Can’t Fix You, and This Comes From Inside are all amazing songs and staples of the franchise (even if the last one is a little mixed). Personally I like It’s Been So Long, I Got No Time, and This Comes From Inside the most but again, all of them are absolute bops.
I swear to god i teared up when TLT first fnaf song played during the movie end credits. Idk why, maybe its bc it shows that the movie was a love letter to fans, or maybe bc it was such a big part of my childhood.
I just know seeing that regular internet ppl have a chance in becoming big shots in the bigger industry with their talent, its so nice. Kane Pixels (backrooms guy) is getting recognized by hollywood, two youtubers made a horror movie recently, and now TLT got his song into a movie. Like those are such big accomplishments
something I actually didn't realize until recently and after I did didn't see any reactors notice is that in the first song you can see the power going down throughout the video
some other things I will say
1. if you came listening to these songs trying to figure out the lore you will be disappointed bcuz at the time these songs came out all we had were bread crumbs and even then most of them are the size of atoms
2. the "bite of 87" is widely believed to be the bite of 83, and that 87 is a separate event possibly caused by the mangle on the FNAF2 guard
3. there are mixed opinions on wether we are playing as the crying child or his older brother in FNAF4, but next to the bed in FNAF4 sometimes you can see medicine bottles, flowers, and a heart monitor so a thought that has occurred in the past that the events of FNAF 4 take place while the kid is in a coma based on his fear of the animatronics, his brother and other three bullies that were in his final moments awake
not actually too sure about the last sentence
and also once you're done with the games i do suggest watching matpats ultimate timeline

The crying child who died in FNAF4 is the bite of 83. The bite of 87 is Jeremy Fritzerald, the night guard from FNAF2. In FNAF: Sister Location there's a place to put the number 1983 that makes it clear.

I love The Living Tombstone's FNaF Songs, I will say the Last 2 Songs are Far apart as it's From the 5th Game Sister Location and the 9th Game Security Breach that the last two are. The Fnaf 2 song makes it seem like one of the kids' mothers became the puppet and trying to get revenge for her kid.
FNAF4 Break My Mind and Game over are good ones.
The fourth songs “lore/explanation”: as we saw in the Fnaf 4 gameplay minigame, the four bully’s were actually the crying child’s older brothers friends. His brother was the bully wearing the Foxy mask. It was the year of 1983, where “the crying child”(name yet to be officially revealed, although there has been speculation on his actual name) was supposed to be celebrating his 5th birthday I believe. His older brother, Michael Afton (Mike Schmit, Fnaf 1) in his younger more immature years thought it would be funny to pull a prank on ______ Afton. Mike and his asshole friends knew that his little brother was scared of his fathers (Williams) creations, so why not have the kid give Fredbear a big ol’ kiss? They stuck the poor kids head into Fredbears mouth. He struggled frantically to free himself from the clutch of this monsters jaws, as he did this, he heard his brother and his friends laugh hysterically. “Your brothers such a baby!” They yelled. The more he struggled, the more they laughed. The more they laughed, the more he struggled. And the more he struggled, the higher the chance the suit would lose it’s grip and begin moving it’s mouth to try and continue to sing a mysterious song. Suddenly, the jaw clamped down on the poor kids head. His frantic movements stopped, and so did the laughing. The bully’s along with other spectators watched in horror as the young boys lifeless body hung from the jaws of the friendly singing bear. Michael turned around, but when he looked, his friends were gone. They abandoned him. Then he saw others looking at him with disgust, anger, and fear. He was the only one they saw by the body. They blamed him. Since their father was a co-owner of Fazbears Pizza, everyone knew it was the crying child’s birthday. Everyone was there, even strangers. He looked back at the horror scene, then threw his blood-soaked mask to the ground as tears endlessly streamed down his face. “What did he do?” One woman cried out. “Someone call the police!” Cried another. All sound faded from Michaels ears as he watched his brothers lifeless body sway from side to side as the bear continued to perform. He looked to the floor hoping to wake up from this awful nightmare. “It was supposed to be a harmless prank. No one was supposed to get hurt. I’m so sorry. . . ”
As the player in the game, we’re playing as the crying child (I believe who is in a coma) days after this incident. The 8-bit retro minigame was us reliving that horrible day.
Another fun fact was if you saw the little Fredbear plush’s eyes following you in the mini games, it was your father, William, who had placed a camera in one of your little plushy friends to keep an eye on you - as he was too busy “ceoing” at work to do so. He also saw that Michael was bullying you because he saw you as a weak little crybaby. Yet all your father would do was console you through your friend Fredbear, telling you that you’re fine and that “Tomorrow is another day.”
Edit: it’s not canon, but that’s how I imagined it going down

The FNaF 4 song was made in a time when the lore of FNaF 4 was contentious and didn't have a consistent explanation. Also yes you are playing as the child, you're in a child's room. Also, the bite wasn't the Bite of 87. This isn't a spoiler, this is something in FNaF 4 that isnt clear. It's the Bite of 83, a completely separate event.

So context for the FNAF 4 song, that was made at a time we all believe that it was Crying Child in the bedroom each night. This was because of Dream Theory which was almost 100% confirmed, but then it was retconned and changed to be Michael and the animatronics weren’t just nightmares anymore, likely now just built by Afton to punish Michael for killing his other son, Crying Child…
please don't spoil the story. she's trying to play through the games and piece together the lore on her own/with theory videos that only have as much information as she does at this point.

Puppeteer is actually Charlotte Emily, Henry’s daughter, she gives the dead kids their lives as animatronics.
Henry is the business partner of Purple Guy (aka William Afton) who helped start and maintain the company.
Also most people suspect that your playing Micheal Afton (foxybro/purple guys oldest child) in FNAF 1-3 as the night guard.
And the kid in FNAF 4 is known as C.C to most of the fandom, he’s also purple guy’s son, along with Micheal, by the way C.C is suspected to be in a coma during the game, remembering what happened a few days before his birthday/ the bite of 83’

The real story of FNAF 4 is: yes we are playing as the kid from the bite of 83 and after the bite he was in a coma and since he was afraid of the animatronics he had nightmares in his coma and when you beat the game purple guy(the kid's dad) says I will put you back together hinting at golden Freddy
I noticed they didn't make one for FNAF 6 / Pizzeria Simulator, so for that I'd recommend CG5's Labyrinth instead when you get to it!

In the forth game you can se a buch of stuff appear on the kids drawers next to the bed, I remember there being flowers and one of those hospital transfusion bags, so the theorys were that the kid was most likely on a coma and on the verge of death.
Another theory was that the plushy was his older brother talking while taking care of him, feeling guilty for the bite and wanting to fix things, but I belive he did die on the last night

The third song is from the perspective of Cassidy (at least in my mind). She is the main spirit inside Golden Freddy and she is SUPER mad at purple guy/ William Afton. She wants him to SUFFER the most painful death possible. "I really hate you", "I hope you die in a fire", "Hope you get taken apart", etc. Also, especially, "Don't be afraid, it's not the first time you'll die" in reference to the fact that they killed him in the suit so the fire won't be the first time he would die. They are all from Cassidy's perspective inside Golden Freddy. She wants revenge.
