Those containers with the fry/eggs in are perfect. I need them. 😂🐠
Look for a DAISO store
Just started keeping Medaka. I've had some success but also hiccups and mistakes the hard way. I've learned SO MUCH from your videos. Tonight's video is especially relevant to my mistakes! Arigato Gozaimasu!!
The exciting part of the Medaka Life Journey for sure. Thank you for chiming in again MedakaHead @chriscarey8169 !
Outstanding!
Its the chloramine in my water that I am afraid of over the Chlorine. Thank you for chiming in MedakaHead @naturalistics9705 !
Just drip in filtered water (RO+DI) till it’s full and then syphon the bottom until you get half the water out.
Never had a change to use RO water. Thanks @philcam9493 !
@@medakametal Ohh are you mixing tap water with RO to keep a high tds?
@@philcam9493 Its just straight tap water with dechlorinator
How often do you recommend changing the water in egg collection containers? I lost a bunch of eggs I think due to not changing water frequently enough.
I change them out every 2 to 3 days. I think I mentioned in in the "Medaka Eggs Step by Step" uploads. Thank you for chiming in MedakaHead @chriscarey8169 !
Soon as they hatch i use a spoon to carefully remove them out of the methalane blue and chlorine and put them into a bigger tub with tank water no problem
I think the chloramine in our tap water is what kills some of my fry If I don't take precautionary measures. I have tried in the past with my Juvenile's outside with untreated tap water. They did not survive over night. Thank you for chiming in MedakaHead @DetectiveLopez !
