Still makes no sense why there is a lip from the front deck to the rod lockers.
Just make it flush! Now its just a trip hazard

Looks like they did that to compensate for the cushoins. I'm looking at one now, looks like a solid boat. My 172 Sea Pro is a bit small may upgrade.

The rod lockers are trash. I had a 2021 model and you had to damn near break the rods to get them in.
