I am Israeli-American and practiced my Jewish religion until 2016. In 2016 God spoke to me and told me about the messiah Jesus Christ. I am now a Christian. Yesterday God directed me to fast, clean my living space, and find this church and watch the services. God is moving mountains. Something is being stirred up.

You aren't the only preacher saying the Rapture should take place between now and the 2015 Feast of Tabernacles. Perry Stone and I think, Mark Biltz, all saying the same thing. Certainly God put the moon, sun and stars above us for signs and feasts (seasons.) I want to be ready and I want to leave typed instructions for my family (those who are not yet saved before I go,) as to what is going on and what to do.
I don't like Lee suddenly shouting, it made me listen with my finger on the mute button. I can't handle people shouting at me. But otherwise I truly appreciated this reminder.
    Praise Jesus.

Galatians 3:26-29 For you are all sons of God through faith in Christ Jesus. 27 For as many of you as were baptized into Christ have put on Christ. 28 THERE IS NEITHER JEW nor Greek, there is neither slave nor free, there is neither male nor female; for you are all one in Christ Jesus. 29 And if you are Christ’s, then you are Abraham’s seed, and heirs according to the promise. ISRAEL is now spiritual OR the body of believers in Jesus Christ.

You may want to look on the inside of your heart. I am not upc. But I use to be. But I will tell you that there is good and bad in everything that is governed by men.

Jacky Willhoite Please read the article on the web site:"Stop Spiritual Abuse" Article: Lee Stoneking and Osama Bin Laden's 40 wives."I believe there is a You Tube video by the same heading where Rev.Stoneking has audio preaching concerning this topic. Let me know if Rev.Stoneking-- as YOU put it-- "would NEVER fabricate anything."
Why is exposing error, lies, and distortion considered "bitter"? Why is that the default position for former, or current, UPCI members when their denomination is exposed for what they believe and preach with such zeal? Why is that Jacky?
Please remember Jacky that: sincerity is NOT truth! Facts are stubborn things. They matter. Rev. Stoneking goes around the entire world preaching these fallacious stories. The members of the UPCI trust this man to tell the WHOLE truth. Not half-truths, or truths that are "close enough."
      A half-truth is a whole lie!
May I ask why you are no longer a member of the UPCI? Could you have become bitter yourself towards the UPCI when you left the church? Just asking. I hope you left on good terms.
I would like the UPCI members to THINK abut what their ministers preach to them. Even Scripture itself admonishes all of us to do what I have conveyed in my postings, which is found in I John 4:1:"Dear friends, DO NOT BELIEVE EVERY SPIRIT, but TEST the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world." I Thess. 5:21:"Prove ALL things..." That, my friend, are verses from the Lord Himself telling us to THINK!

At 43:50--Rev.Stoneking, once again, predicts that the rapture has to happen before 2018, because he says that a generation is 70 years. He says that a generation is "threescore and ten years." He doesn't give the verse to prove this. (typical)
Psalms 90:10:"The days of our years are threescore years and ten (70 years); and if by reason of strength they be fourscore years (80), yet is their strength labor and sorrow; for it is soon cut off, and we fly away."
NOTICE: It does NOT say ANYTHING about a generation. The word is NOT used at all. Is Rev.Stoneking going to tell us in 2018, when he is sure to be wrong about the rapture, that we have another 10 years to go (80 years), because of this verse as well? RIDICULOUS!
At 44:00--He says:"We are now living in 2014, we are 66 years beyond 1948, when Israel became a State after 1,900 years. Jesus said this generation that sees that fig tree shoot forth its branches again, that generation shall not pass away til all be fulfilled. If my mathematics are right, WE'VE GOT ABOUT 4 YEARS LEFT according to all this."
Why do ministers try to predict the rapture when scripture tells us that no one knows the day or the hour except for the Father? (Matthew 24:36) WHY? Stop with prediction game Rev.Stoneking!
***ATTENTION UPCI-- PLEASE show me ONE verse of scripture... from the New Testament only.... that talks about Israel becoming a nation again? PLEASE! JUST ONE!
There is scriptural authority that a generation represented a span of 40 years--NOT 70. The book of Hebrews records:"Your fathers tempted me, proved me, and saw my works FORTY YEARS. Wherefore I was grieved with THAT GENERATION." (Hebrews 3:9,10) Rev.Stoneking teaches that a generation in scripture today is 70 years, in order to fit the pre-tribulation rapture doctrine.
Do any of you remember 1988, when so many UPC/charismatic preachers told their congregations that a generation in scripture was 40 years? Prophecy was supposedly fulfilled when Israel became a nation in 1948, therefore, the rapture of the church HAD to have happened by the year 1988. Obviously, the rapture did not happen, as thousands of UPCI ministers predicted.
Now Rev. Stoneking teaches that the church has until 2018! This, too, shall become another failed prediction. Why? Because the pre-tribulation rapture, as taught by the UPCI, is unfounded in scripture.

Bro. Lee. I am without a doubt positive in your love for Christ and your sincere devotion for Him. But I cannot agree with you about everything you said. I do agree with you that Christ spoke only these things to the Jews, but for a reason. This prophecy was only meant for them. 40 years after Christ's death, and resurrection these heavenly signs did appear. Christ said these things would happen to that generation. AD70. His disciples asked when the end of that current age would come (Matt 24:3). What I am saying is that this prophecy has been fulfilled. Christ's second coming was a spiritual coming. He has fulfilled the last feast of tabernacle. The great harvest of all mankind. With that said, is there a possibility of a parallel meaning of prophecies? Who knows.

+SwordofManticorE To whomever does not understand Oneness, In the book of Psalms chapter 2; 7 King David is referred to by God as His Son, further more His begotten Son. My question for you is this, would you or would your theological doctrine consider this to be considered as "figurative" speech or would this passage to David be considered as a literal value? Would it be safe to say that God whether in flesh "Jesus" or in Spirit uses metapherein speech? Are you aware that the same questions that you have presented here have the literal values that the Jews used to question Jesus? God is referring to the study and discerning "Diakrisis" of His Word through the Holy Spirit when we refer to the scriptures below. He does not mean to Study His Word and discern the meanings through the theory of men or doctrines of demons. The 100% use of literal value is not applicable since the Bible is written with a 'rhetorical trope' for Gods elect to comprehend.
      "David" God's Begotten Son
      Psalm 2;7
6"But as for Me, I have installed My King Upon Zion, My holy mountain." 7"I will surely tell of the decree of the LORD: He said to Me, 'You are My Son, Today I have begotten You. ask of me, and I will surely give the nations as Your inheritance, And the very ends of the earth as Your possession.…
      Timothy 2;15
14 Remind them of these things, and solemnly charge them in the presence of God not to wrangle about words, which is useless and leads to the ruin of the hearers. 15 Be diligent to present yourself approved to God as a workman who does not need to be ashamed, accurately handling the word of truth. 16 But avoid worldly and empty chatter, for it will lead to further ungodliness,…
      Ephesians 4:4-6
4 There is one body and one Spirit, just as you were called in one hope of your calling; 5 one Lord, one faith, one baptism; 6 one God and Father of all, who is above all, and through all, and in you all.
      Isaiah 8:19-20
19 And when they say to you, “Seek those who are mediums and wizards, who whisper and mutter,” should not a people seek their God? Should they seek the dead on behalf of the living? 20 To the law and to the testimony! If they do not speak according to this word, it is because there is no light in them.
      Titus 1;1
1 Paul, a bond-servant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, 1 for the faith of those chosen of God and the knowledge of the truth which is according to godliness,

Most Jewish believers in Yahshua have the baptism of the HolyGhost infact its very rear to find a messianic Jew that has not spoken in tongues.
After studing the Hebrew name of God(Yahovah) Yahshua being the full revelation and name of Yahovah.I believe the counterfeit Messhia will clame to have come in the name(authority) of his Yahovah and like the 108 year old rabbi said the antichrist false Messiac will bear the name Yahshua aka Jesus.
This will be the falling away many will be decieved the bible cleary states the man of sins will perform lying signs and miracles(Wonders)
The real Messhia has come he alone is the mercy seat the fake Messhia will sit upon a fake mercy seat declaring in his own authority its so ironic Satan anointed cherubim wants to sit on the mercy seat in the mounts of the congregation Israel.
But those who know the Lord Jesus of Nazareth will do exploits.

    @toucheturtle8815 Před 9 lety

Preaching about the soon coming of Christ has long been used by Christian prophecy teachers as a way of pleading with the lost to commit themselves to Jesus Christ. Such a motivating device can backfire on even the most well-intentioned evangelist. What happens if a listener shouts out,"Preachers like you have been telling us for centuries that Jesus is coming soon. Why should we believe you now?" By crying wolf and being wrong each time, the church is perceived as unreliable. Skeptics of the Christian faith are likely to conclude that since these self-proclaiming prophets were wrong on the timing of Jesus' return when they seemed so certain, particularly on the nearness of the rapture, the rise of Antichrist, the Great Tribulation, and Armageddon, then maybe they are wrong on other issues which they teach with equal certainty. Maybe the entire Christian message is a sham?
The messianic prophecies have been taken from their first-century fulfillment context and have been projected into the distant future as unfulfilled prophecy. In effect, present-day Jews are still awaiting the FIRST coming of the Messiah. In a similar way, many Christians take prophecies that have been fulfilled--either in OT events or in events following the ascension of Jesus--and view them as still unfulfilled. Then they manipulate these unfulfilled prophecies and apply them to contemporary events. Their speculations are wrong because they are applying fulfilled prophecies to current events.

Touche Turtle I do appreciate your response. And Believe that my accusations were uncalled for. For that I do Apologies. And to your question of whether or not I am bitter, no I am not. On the matter of Lee Stonekings Fabrication of anything, NOT. He may believe something, to recognize that it is later not accurate. But He definitely has the Spirit of Truth. The Holy Ghost leads and guides us into all truth. Guarantee, that we all have believed things to find out later it was in error...That was the case with even with the Apostles. The willingness to change direction when we find we've erred is humility. He definitely has the spirit of truth. I feel very nervous about accusing anyone, or standing in judgement of any man, that is In covenant with Christ.

Jacky Willhoite Thank you for your kind reply. May I ask one you one final question? If Rev.Stoneking has the "Spirit of Truth", as you put it, then why are you no longer a member of the UPCI? (You shared in your previous posting that you used to be a member of the UPCI) If this man preaches the truth, wouldn't you feel compelled to adhere to this organizations teachings/doctrine, and thus, return to the UPCI church that you are no longer a part of? Your stance seems mildly contradictory? Just asking as a friend? No ill will intended. If you feel to reply, that would be appreciated and most illuminating. God bless you as you walk with the Lord.

Pertaining to 108 year old Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri (18:38 on this video) Israel Today web article dated Thursday May 30, 2013: "In an interview with Israel Today, Rabbi David Kaduri,80, the son of the late Rabbi Yitzhak Kaduri,-- denied-- that his father left a note with the name Yeshua just before he died.'It's NOT his writing,'he said when we showed him a copy of the note. During a night time meeting in the Nahalat Yitzhak Yeshiva in Jerusalem, books with Kaduri's handwriting from 80 years ago were presented to us in an attempt to prove that the Messiah note was NOT authentic." Once again, Rev, Lee Stoneking caught in a fabrication. Why does he constantly sensationalize his information?
Also, Scripture does NOT say that there were only three wise men/Magi, as Rev.Stoneking tells us in this video. More ERROR!
Scripture also does NOT say that the Magi were the only people to see a star in the heavens. Once again, Rev. Stoneking is in error.

UPCI please read uproariously the book by Gary DeMar "Last Days Madness." You are wrong about the rapture, the anti-christ, the mark of the beast, the moon turning to blood, etc. I was taught this in the UPC for years about all of the above. Have you noticed that over these past 50 years, of the UPCI last days/rapture doctrine, that all the preachers who taught that it would happen within their life times are passing away without their predictions coming true? Why? Because they have taught error all those years. The UPCI is completely wrong, and Rev, Stoneking is wrong. Please read Gary DeMar's book, it will change your mind with a solid biblical exegesis! The world is NOT coming to and end. The rapture is NOT about to happen. WAKE UP UPCI YOUR IN ERROR! thanks
