Seriously though, depending on how fast it is to reroll, there are people who enjoy the adrenaline rush.
But yeah, I think the majority of people would rather just pick the character they want and start actually playing the game sooner. ^^;

Also if the boss is resistant to electro, I actually can't beat it with my calcharo which is kind of annoying I really should of focused on danjin more or jiyan. like 50/50 split between 2 characters instead of fully on 1.

Love how all the Genshin streamers have played this upwards of 30 hours by now from stream numbers. ToF didn't even reach that average iirc.
TOF reached 230k peak viewers on twitch and 130k on youtube, WuWa doesn't even reach half of that despite having the alleged 30m pre-reg.

i just spent 50 pull on jiyan banner for danjin and got 0 of her. Truly one of the wuthering impact moment.
I spent 60 pulls for mortefi and got 4 danjins
Genshin Impact collateral damage in gacha scene. 😢 It did some great things, but also terrible stuff too.

I've never seen a F2p this close to the end game in just days man this guy's the goat, I have my Danjin scheduled to be my 3rd dps apart from Cal and Rover so although I won't follow his progression I still got a ton of important tips from him, easiest subscribe ever.

It might be a little pedantic on my part but I wouldn't say getting a 4* on a limited banner is *really* F2P friendly. Sure it might be likely that you will get her if you want to spend your pulls to get Jiyan ( thought my time with genshin has shown that it is not even necessarily true, 4* can be very elusive ), but not every F2P want to pull for Jiyan, and "building pity" is absolutely a trap even more so for F2P.

Spend it on weekly bosses first.Then on boss materials and weapon materials.Don't do the money or character/weapon xp cuz it's early game you have a lot of resources rn.
First time 10 pull in selector banner got encore, first time 10x pull in standard wep banner got sword. I felt blessed yet sad cuz lost 50 50 on limited banner hard pity aka 80 pull, yet got some cons for my danjin
For the Tower stage 1, I just run one character only and then stage 2, 3 and 4 just use full team.

No mention of the spoiler echo that works extra well with the spoiler Rover (and do a lesser degree Danjin) and does INSANE AoE damage?
Recommending Danjin is kind of like making people go through a souls game with 0 levels in vitality. F2p for sure, but it's going to be a huge skill barrier for a lot of people.
That's the best caveat and breath of fresh air in the gacha space. End-game content in a gacha that doesn't require anywhere nearly as much time-gated gear farming with increasingly hated RNG but replaces all that with real skill checks.
One of the biggest vices of f2p online games is they make sure it's not too skill based to keep people around longer just to advertise more crap. A while back a conference for game devs (iirc it was around when EA's Anthem debuted?) had a presentation for retention of players and this was one of the main components. When it leaked out to the rest of the gaming scene obviously players of all games were not happy at hearing such underhanded tactics being confirmed.
The closer f2p games reach parity in design and quality to premium price console/PC storefronts games... The more those predatory tactics need to get junked.
they also removed the additional monkey because they nerfed all the characters when the game was released which you can see via the leaks.
How did you farm the echo experience? I am getting legendary ones but I can't max them all yet without using resin.
but you can already get half rewards from hazard zone if you have 2 teams. as these rewards will reset ever 2-3 weeks its important to push for them.
the problem is I miss the crucial step: get danjin...😅

I've pulled 70 wishes on Jiyans banner and still no Danjin 😢. I don't want him so it's so sad cause now I'll have to just hope I get her by luck.

I don't think it would be a problem for literally anyone to get a handful of units to 60 after 30. They give you tons of stamina pots just for playing, and it'll take you a bit to reach account 40
Dajin was my main at first, than i got Jinyan (now my 2nd lvl 50, with Verina for her buff too)

It's actually not too bad. It is balanced by her damage not being free. Even at launch people figured she is the low health high damage character. She actually will not be easy to play if seeking optimal damage compared to the rest of the cast.

Sigh, I have dilemmas. I actually really like Linyang combat style but I didn't choose him as my free 5 star because I need Verina more. Then, I got lucky with Jiyan banner and got him early. I build him but his echoes are really hard to get T.T Then I got into Havoc Rover and while I'm still building her, Yinlin comes... Thennn while pulling for Yinlin, I also got Taoqi... I saw Taoqi always in low dps tier list but then I tried her in Illusive Dream Event... Now, I'm a Taoqi main xD her skill can heal and scale on def? making my life easier xD

See how good Calcharo or Verina 1st copies are then decide.
Verina extra dupe seems bad, as it's more heal. In endgame, you don't really need heal, you need to dodge. So maybe try Encore or chalcharo
Jianxin if you want comfort for overworld and diversify your roster, otherwise most meta pick right now would probably just be Calcharo dupe.

Yeah. Surprisingly, Chixia and Yangyang are very easy to use and have very fluid combat mechanics.
Chixia is interesting but Danjin made me cope and learn to actually dodge cuz after i got hyperreal on pgr i forgot to dodge😂😂😂
I like Danjin because I'm a Blade main in star rail, they effectively similar characters hp go down, get stacks, do special attack regen hp.

Currently base atk is low cause only lvl 60 char and weapons so dmg percent is better rn, when we reach max lvl you will want both.

At s0 it's not close, but danjin at s6 is pretty close to s0 Calcharo theoretically, but you will have to dodge a bit more with danjin so you lose a little dps.

I literally finished the story and half the challenges with the free character, and i got the electro dps guy and didn't even use him except for the tower

While this is just a technicality there is no way I'm buying it when you say you are relatable to a majority of the F2P because unlike other player you've done nothing but play the game. Unfortunately most of us have to jobs, school, etc. So not only do we not have the appropriate gear but we also don't have the appropriate practice especially if you promote the use of Danjin who is one of the most skill intensive unit in the game.
