Yeah his Rain cover is FIRE
i love like 99 percent of the things Will creates but the Rain cover was a let down tbh. Too many effects used on his voice. Chokehold and Hypnosis are immaculate though

When you see sleep token live and they play that holy. That show is an experience. But this is Will doing sleep token covers does it justice.

Fun fact, she loved his cover of holy roller that she reached out and got him on stage on their tour to duet the song with her 😍 my 2 fave scream vocalist on one stage.

He is so incredibly versatile. Rain is the newest and most different of them all. All instruments are redone for that one to make it heavier and avoid copyright problems.

That Smoothie looked like Heaven in a Mason Jar.... that's possibly the title of a country song too. This cover is so good. Will's cleans are just as good as his harsh vocals. He also covered "Slow Dancing in the Dark" by Joji and its🤌🏼🔥 You should check that out next🤘🏼

If you are continuing with Will Ramos Sleep Token covers, I would check out his cover of Rain. It’s great.
The ending to death note was definitely an unsatisfactory feeling. I was hoping for L to somehow come back.. or light reflected upon the mistakes he made by using his power for greed and turned it into the actual world where the criminals that are not punished always rightfully attain their justice from their names being written in the book.
If we are going into heavier stuff maybe check out some Suicide Silence Job for a cowboy and not sure if you have done any post hardcore yet but check out blessthefall, saosin, chiodos. I think you’d enjoy the mixture of the harmony in the vocals along with the screams.
Will also did a rain cover w/ nik nocturnal, Slaughter to prevail annihilator or baba yaga is peak heavy, gonna 1 up for checking out Bilmuris song w/ will ramos Anabolicspudsman (thique edition) cause i'm a ride or die cobb goblin

Also I like Will's version better mainly because I felt the "you got me a chokehold" fell flat in the original for me. Like it was a 10/10 but after hearing Wills take it 100% would have been better with vessel screaming that section in the first verse imo.
Don't feel bad, it IS better than the original. Not even close to the same level.

Probably my favorite of Will's Sleep Token covers, but nothing beats the original for me. Vessel's clean voice just has this texture to it that Will's can't touch. And I don't know...the extra screams just feel out of place, like they don't fit the tone of the song. Very good cover, but not even close to the original.
Wayyyy better than the original and thats saying something I love Sleep Token but the original of this song is nowhere near as good imo.
Unpopular opinion: his Sleep Token Covers are far from being mind blowing. Apart from the screams they are actually botched by Will's american pronunciation, which sounds absolutely terrible compared to Vessel's elegant british pronunciation. Way too big shoes in general but with the wrong pronunciation or an american accent you definitely should avoid covering Vessel's vocals. You can only fail. It's not just about hitting the right notes.
I’m sorry but your trippin. This guy has an incredible voice, it’s all subjective but I think will killed it.
Unpopular opinion but I can't stand Vessel's voice. My son loves Sleep Token and has tried to get me to just sort of like them but I can't get past his voice...but I like Will's covers, go figure
That hairstyle gotta go before I take him seriously
