I applied 2 weeks ago and got an email saying come in on tuesday went to the interview and he didn't ask anything like what you stated lol he was just asking "do you have any interest?" and I told him and he really seemed to enjoy my answers shared a few laughs and got an email 3 days later saying I'm hired!!!!! now I got orientation tmrw lol Your tips helped me tho lol thanks!! I was really focusing on what you said haha

"Make sure not to wear jeans and an old shirt" that's exactly what I took to my interview xD. Jeans and a semi old shirt. But the manager didn't seem to care, and he fools around a lot. I had no idea what to expect, and I still have no idea what to expect.
The manger was out sick. So I got interviewed by a Janitor. He didn't ask may questions from what I can remember. Anyway, I didn't get the job. Even though I was the only person out of a dozen dressed in a suit. Most of the people interviewed before me were wearing blue jeans, tanks and t-shirts. One person who got interviewed before me was wearing a summer party dress. The interview took place at a table not far from the restrooms at 2pm. Kids and people kept running though and making so much noise. I remember trying to answer a question and a kid started screaming, "I want ICE CREAM!" Not a very good day for a interview. I think McDonald's should have rescheduled the interviews until the manger was back. Also, the interviews should take place on tables outside the restaurant not inside. At lest outside you'll have a more peaceful interview without no screaming kids. Well that's my story.
the part they wont tell you at your interview- once you start working you will get no real training and you will be in a work place where everyone just yells and screams at eachother but dosen't ever wanna do anything themselves xd

I just got back from my very first interview ever, I went in jeans and a nice shirt; they didn't seem to mind. I was polite and the interview took place on a random table in the restaurant. I was nervous but I didn't show it and at the end I was told I did good and they gave me a date for Orientation. I get the job as long as I do good on the training part so... Horribly nervous.
