I'm sorry, but as much as these two are cute together, they will never reach the crazy sexual tension and chemistry achieved by Holliday Grainger and Francois Arnaud in the Showtime Borgias. Actually, they are the most heated couple I have ever seen on tv, exept Destiel. But it's not really the French actors fault. It's pure chemistry, it just happens, it's not in anyone's hands, even the realisators.
@@amd1273 I disagree. Borgia may win in the accuracy department but as someone who has already researched the family, I prefer entertainment over accuracy and I find The Borgias far more entertaining. To each their own though!

Mark Ryder IS Cesare for me. I much prefer the Canal+ Borgia over the Showtime version. What a sensual song choice, and very apt for this less-than-sugary couple. I've been waiting a long time for your newest video!

I didn't like casting in the first episodes, but with the time flowing they really became great! I also loved the fact that this story is much closer to the real history of them.

I didn't watch the showtime version, I tried but it just didn't hold my interest like borgia did. It sounds like they really focused on the whole incest relationship between cesare and lucrezia. From what I remember from borgia, I don't recall that being a big storyline in the show, I think they touched on it for a couple episodes. You should give it a shot
this is truly amazing. i haven't seen this version of the borgias (shame on me!), but i definitely will some day. i just didn't fully recover from Showtime's version, ending with season 3. i have this image of perfect Lucrezia and perfect Cesare in my heart and mind and i don't think i'm ready for another version of this couple. if that makes any sense. now back to your video - let's say i know enough history to understand less or more what's going on in your video in general, so i dare to say - you captured emotions of L&C really well. it's so hard to show the incest issue in the way that won't make a viewer uncomfortable but leave them amazed. yes, L&C are definitely specific couple to vid... lovely choice of song - i would never think this song would work with this couple but you proved me wrong. amazing choice of coloring. coloring is that one thing that you would think doesn't matter at all, but when it comes to watching a video - a great coloring makes a huge difference. editing - what can i say. you're great vidder. :) i truly enjoyed this 1:19 minutes. i love all them transitions and voiceovers and all these little parallels. sorry this comment doesn't make much sense. i don't feel like commenting on anything lately, i lost my ability to express my feelings about stuff. :) but i just wanted to let you know that i watched&loved your video.

But I totally understand what you mean about the showtime version of Cesare and lucrezia. I will have to say, this version of the show (even though I love it, and love the characterisations of Lucrezia and cesare separately) their relationship is not as natural and well thought out as showtimes. There is no build up to it. Its sort of like they threw it in, during end of s01. Its a tad awkward. haha. Thank you, glad I could show it! I definitely prefer Francois version. The Cesare from Faith and Fear is just...bleh to me. But Francois is adorable and sweet.
