ohhh i think i know why it was bugged, cuz on my screen when you joined you were just at the spawn and not moving ??
i dont know what caused that to happen but oh well, youll find a merchant eventually :)
also to help a bit, when the merchant spawns, there will be a fog horn sound effect and there will be a beam of white light for Mari and a beam of purple light for Jester

Just so you know if you didn't know, Mira is a 97% chance to spawn every 15 minutes and Jester has a 3% chance for spawning every 15 minutes. So it is guaranteed for an npc to spawn every 15 minutes or so. You will know they spawn b3cause there is a big beaming light from them and a loud noise, white beam=Mira. Purple beam=Jester. Hopes this helps and congrats on the twilight mutation!
