great demo. The Gretsch White Falcon is such a versatile guitar... You showed that well in your demo.
I use this as my main gigging guitar and I always get positive comments on my tone. It's definitely not my playing.😂
If you're stuck in the position 1 pentatonic box, then up an octave, the lack of upper fret access will force you into learning the mystery area in between. It certainly did for me.
It's hollow, and you'll have to learn how to ride feedback, but it's quickly mastered and being able to find sustain in that way is so much fun.
The falcon is my desert island guitar!❤

I have a Midnight Sapphire Gretsch. It’s a shame it doesn’t come across well on video, but it’s an incredible colour. In certain light, and from certain angles, it can look almost black, greenish- blue, or deep, rich green.

Pretty sure its ebony as in other Falcons. It also looks like ebony.
