I was only home for 5 days before leaving again so I tried to fit in some fun in the beginning of Korea's autumn (aka the best time to travel here ahhhh!!!) I literally live for these vlogs. I miss being in Seoul so much and seeing a touch of everyday life is so satisfying and keeping me sane until I can graduate from Undergrad and move back. Plus you are just so real and down to earth in your vlogs so it is like seeing the adventures of a friend so to me the vlogs are never boring!

Love your vids, stumbled upon this vlog. Fun fact for all you dance majors or WW2 history fanatics, the exhibit with the random chairs and flowers sticking up from the ground is a Pina Bausch stage set for on of her many pieces that was a response to WW2 as a German. In which her work received the title as psychological ballet. Alright I'm done, sending love💛💛💛

When we went to Korea we had to go late August to mid September because of school and work schedules, but one of these days I will make it back in October! (Might have to wait till my daughter gets through high school, but some day!)

It was pretty hot but I heard we missed the worst of it. I have been there in October before but it's been 20+ years. We live in western Washington now where fall is when the rain starts back up, and it's just not the same!

Very happy you decied to post the video! My first trip to South Korea is almost over, but now I got to se one more Seoul-vlog from you before I leave ^^,
We love Seoul in October! The last time we were there was end of July/beginning of August...yuck! Our next visit will be late May/early June 2020 and we will be staying in Yeonsinnae to be near our son and his fiancee. We can't wait to check out some of the places you have mentioned here.

i’m going to be traveling to sinchon, korea, alone, in 2021 to study for one month and i’ll be living in a goshiwon type apartment and these are known for being small and cozy with no windows which is super okay for me!!!! but i was hoping you could maybe in the future do a vlog of little hidden places you go too for some relaxing refreshing time? like rooftops or park benches....it would be so nice to see 🥺

Huh, interesting life. It's funny how you came to Edinburgh and found everything absolutely wonderful. I live here but I'm an old curmudgeonly person. This summer we also went to Mull and Skye, seeing almost the same things you have in your videos. And I did arrange a long layover in Helsinki and went to the same coffee shop. Never been to Korea, but I work often in Japan.
I would also be nervous if I attended an event like that with so many people, but it's good that you finally encouraged yourself to go!

That roll of film from Finland looked amazing!! I commented on a previous vlog that I was inspired by you to pick up shooting film ... well I finally got one of my parents' old ones working! The only roll of film we had expired in 2006 😂😂so I'm using it as my "practice roll" hahaha!
