- Saumya Tandon is known for her amazing sarees and beauty looks. What very few people know is that on her hit TV Show, Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai, she styles her own looks, wears her own sarees and also sometimes plays with makeup and does her own makeup looks.
We recently caught up with the beautiful actress who took us through her holy grail makeup favourites and gave us an insight into her makeup bag. From her favourite concealer to her favourite lip colors that she cannot stop using, here is all that is inside Saumya Tandon's makeup bag. To top that, all the products shown by Saumya were cruelty-free as Saumya is a big believer in fashion for compassion.
Saumya Tandon took up modelling assignments early in her career. She currently plays 'Anita Bhabhi' on popular comedy serial Bhabi Ji Ghar Par Hai! She is also known for co-hosting Zor Ka Jhatka: Total Wipeout (based on the Wipeout format) with Shah Rukh Khan in 2011.
She has hosted Dance India Dance and co-hosted Bournvita Quiz Contest along with Derek O'Brien. You may also remember her as Roop, in Imtiaz Ali's Jab We Met, starring Shahid Kapoor and Kareena Kapoor Khan.

You look very glamorous and for people who are saying that she is being harsh about her complexion, please go get atleast some knowledge about makeup before saying things like that. Its extremely important to pick right products according to one's complexion and that's what she is saying. She even mentioned that she is having a pale skin. May be you people didnot notice that. I think we really need to gather some positivity in ourselves and try spread that everywhere. Please stop spreading hatred for others.

She’s pretty but she looks older than most Indian and other Asian women do at 35. Even in Jab We Met she looked nice but older than 23! (Her age at filming). Kareena looked younger than her in the movie even though she is older.

She is fair so she do not needs any base
Everyone needs base, being fair doesn't mean you don't have to use base. And base is meant to be of the exact same color as your skin. A dark skin tone person don't have to apply a lighter base in order to look 1-2 tone lighter. Whatever color you are, use that colour base and its needed if you are doing full fledged makeup because all your blush, highlighter, eye shadow etc everything's gonna stay put for a long time if you use base.

It's normal. My face is pink and much lighter than my body too. I'm from Arunachal Pradesh, east Asian race so my body is yellow toned but under too much sun my body gets brownish but my face gets pinker. I've seen most people have lighter face than their body. It's normal, stating once again.
