@@EverythingsBeenDone I rarely bring food on a ride, I typically use a drink mix like Tailwind. But if the ride is long enough to warrant solid food, I'll usually bring a baggie of dehydrated banana chips or an apple. Not saying my way is better (I know it isn't), just saying it would never occur to me to bring a whole sweet potato or one of Ron's culinary masterpieces. As I write this, I'm eating trail mix and chocolate brownies for lunch, so clearly I'm an expert on maintaining your shape, assuming that the shape you are maintaining is round.
