  • These crackers are so easy to make. They are delicious and great as snack. I added squid ink for a little something different than the plain white crackers. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Here are the ingredients you will need:
    INGREDIENTS
    1/2 cup tapioca pearls
    3 cups water
    1 teaspoon squid ink
    OTHERS
    oil to fry the crackers

Hi! Is it possible to speed the the drying process by tuning up the temperature? If yes? At what degrees would you recommend?

I wouldn't recommend turning up the heat. The idea is to dehydrate the tapioca, any higher temperature would start baking the tapioca. This would leave a poor end result and a potential bitter taste.
