- These crackers are so easy to make. They are delicious and great as snack. I added squid ink for a little something different than the plain white crackers. Not that there's anything wrong with that. Here are the ingredients you will need:
INGREDIENTS
1/2 cup tapioca pearls
3 cups water
1 teaspoon squid ink
OTHERS
oil to fry the crackers

Of you blended the mix before you dried it would it still puff that way?
Cool I think this is in the benu cookbook
Can you advice have you put any salt or condiment to cook with, won't it taste bland without it?
Hi! Is it possible to speed the the drying process by tuning up the temperature? If yes? At what degrees would you recommend?
I wouldn't recommend turning up the heat. The idea is to dehydrate the tapioca, any higher temperature would start baking the tapioca. This would leave a poor end result and a potential bitter taste.
Shhhhhhheeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeesh
Can I buy these anywhere
could they be made ahead and stored in a container?
for sure but only last one day. the next day won't be crispy
Where to get squid ink sydney
Can i use sago instead of tapioca pearls?
Leo Satria yes that’s what they used
This is one way to teach that squid ink is edible.
