- In this episode, we take our Suzuki Jimny and Cranky Croc safari tent and head off to the free Kendalls Campground in Rubicon, Victoria. Rubicon is on the edge of Eildon, Victoria.
In this episode, we meet up with my brother, Leigh, make some homemade Boston burgers, relax, and take in the beauty of the area. We also take the Jimny in search of muddy tracks to explore.
We enjoy part-time van life (and now also camping with our Jimny), creating weekly episodes that are live at 5pm (AEST) on Sundays, and sharing our experiences on our travels with our cavoodle, Twyla. In our episodes we stay at free and paid campsites, showing our tips and tricks for making life on the road easier and more fun. Come join us on our adventures! Best way to camp. Maybe get an awening on the jimny. And do a 4wd course. That would be a great episode. I can send u deets of a great course i did near bendigo. U will love it u learn a lot

What we did with power was bringing a few portable changers all fully charged prior for our phone and other gadget that needs charging, like light. We have one portable battery which is around 20000 mah and it is enough to charge all our 3 phone for 2 days. We also ended just using the kmart headlamp as main source of light despite nothing heaps of other lights.
Yeah, it's a bit of a balancing act, eh? We've got some handheld chargers, but we may look at a portable option like a Jackery or something. We'll see how we go. Deano

I looked up CZcams looks like you can get an Jimny adaptor for extra USB, 12 voltage. You might want wanna look into it. Everytime I hear Jimny I think Kpop.

Great vid guys. You’re lucky you went to Kendall’s when you did. I was there before Christmas and the toilets were not fit for purpose. It’s a great spot though. Did you walk up the river to Boys camp?

@@kingdeanoadventures the walk itself is very nice and only takes about 15 mins. Definitely worth it.
