Watching this video was so timely for me…So grounding. Many mornings, barely before I’m conscious I have immediate sadness, a panic, an overwhelming pain… The advice and memes that say, “happiness is a choice and think good thoughts” exhaust me because in these morning moments I’ve not had the time to “choose” these thoughts. I’m inherently a joyful, magnetic person. I hope to be again. Thank you for the peace and perspective you so lovingly bring ❤️

My exact thoughts before coming to the video… I woke up feeling very peaceful.
I was just at a very strong and intense shamanic grief workshop this weekend! A group photo was made at the end, I can hardly recognise myself on that photo, my bf could not! Trasformation on all levels! Thanks Lee, I am very gratefull for you insights 🙏🙏🙏

I can feel my body detoxing from low vibe connections I made throughout my life, specially situations I didn't even remember. It feels like "I finally made it here". I missed Home so much. I feel grateful for the journey. It was very very hard to get here, but I pushed with courage at each step. Now I have no more fear and have connected to Christ in me. Man I finally understand by experience everything I'veo only been reading about since my 20s... ❤❤❤

I admit to have been "blind" to how how much allowing a friend staying at my home has pulled my energy. The time is over exactly because I finally see who I am is not seen.

Oh wow, this was so uplifting and helpful! I just passed through a very difficult passage and it was exactly as you described. Sheets of emotion leaving. The past rising up, only to be released.
Today I tackled a job that I've been avoiding for a while; cutting and trimming back the trees in my yard that had become overgrown and had many dead branches. When I was finished I was amazed to see and palpably feel this beautiful new, empty and open space that now has room for newness to grow. It was a perfect analogy for letting go of the past in order to let the new spring forth within the newly created empty space. Seeing it played out in nature like that helped me to finally conceptualize letting go of the past in my inner life.

Celebrate the life in every breath. Seek and celebrate the miracles that happen on our planet every day. This week I found a CZcams video of a couple who found two kittens in a dumpster. They brought them home and saved them. It is a beautiful story and these miracles happen every day.

Feeling the heart and throat energetic eruptions and expansions. More of an eruption phase right now for me as I am getting familiar with speaking what I feel in my heart. It feels like bursts of high voltage energy running through my heart, and my body has a little resistance toward it while getting used to allowing that amount. Thank you for this energy reading.
Yes, there are definitely people I talk to and feel their open heart energy and many times can feel it from myself.
