  • Quick bonus video on how to use the TOO feature in the harrier. Nice quick way of creating target points.

    Interesting, i used markpoints so far because i can switch markpoints with the wp increment key when the Tpod is slaved, but this TOO technique is attractive(also because i didnt figure out how to delete markpoints) , hopefully i can switch target points with wp increment key or else i will have to bind keys to quickly cycle between them during passes with multiple bomb releases. Thanks for the tip !

      You can use the wp increment key with them yes. Also a long press on wp increment will allow you to choose target points on the ODU and enter the number of the one you want to quick access.

      Exactly wondered about this. After a few months absent from the harrier I stumble on this lol!

    Thank you for the video! might be a silly question, but once we've finished with our TOOs, how to switch back to WP mode on the map screen and hud?

    • @deephack
      @deephack  Před 2 měsíci +1

      Long press on the WP increment button and then select waypoints using the ODU and UFC.

    with this I won't be using mark points for a while. is there any reason to use them on the harrier with too?

    • @deephack

      Mark points are nice in that they can be dropped as overfly points. Allows you to remember a location for closer investigation later without needing a T0 point.

    Thanks so much - much easier to save targets this way.
    Do you have a fix for the LMAVs after recent update? I can't seem to uncage seeker anymore?

      You're welcome. Glad it came in useful. As for how to use LMAVs after the update I have a video for that too czcams.com/video/TUS9FU9yGEk/video.html

    Awesome, is it possible to use this method to then upload those new TGTs to some JDAMS to achieve a multipoint strike?

    • @deephack
      @deephack  Před 2 lety

      Yes, target points created using this method can be assigned to your JDAMs in the usual way.

    Is there a way to delete TOO's?

    • @deephack
      @deephack  Před rokem +1

      No but you can overwrite them.

      @@deephack Ok, so is there a way to switch back to just displaying Waypoints, I find once I set a TOO I can only cycle target points and I cant get back to my navigation way points.

    WHERE actually is the SSS? I cannot find it for the life of me

    • @deephack
      @deephack  Před 2 lety

      I think it's listed as "Sensor Select Switch". If you look in the HOTAS section in controls you should find it.
