They are built good 👍 Although they sit high 😮 the lowest height 34mm had the scope sitting between medium and high rings. That was unacceptable in my build, but if that is OK for you? These are worth a try. 😊 I think they use their scopes to test, which are about 6 to 7 mm larger in diameter than a high-end scope. Something to keep in mind 😉
Thanks for this video. So if I buy 1.5" I get 1.5 in height over bore? Edit, seems you need to add the height of the rail.. So if the rail is 0.5 and the mount is 1.5 you will get HOB 2.0
Yeah, it's all those things added together. Plus the height of your receiver over bore. For me it's still a press of Oops and Return as far as buying the right height mount and rings.

I normally use Monstrum mounts, I may have to switch over to DiscoveryOpt. Thanks for the review
These are a step up on the Budget Feature tier.

Good point. Their scopes tend to have bigger bells.

the height is calculated from the top of the rail to the center line of the scope.
They look pretty good but they’re not lightweight by any means. 3-4oz is lightweight, 6oz is about the same as most others mounts.
Excellent point. I'll add quotes to the headline.
Maybe they can claim it's Lightnweight instead of Lightweight. lol.
