Wow, that's an even more expensive housing market than SLC. Utah has become really expensive for some really take home the big money while most don't so it's increasingly hard for many Utahns. Utah is becoming another California, but without beach, palms, and milder weather. People like Utah so there is a shortage of housing making rents and house prices still on fire despite Covid and the economic slowdown. I don't guess Park City has much affordable housing for those of more modest means such as resort employees and anyone not pulling down 6 figures. It's a nice looking place probably best left for tourism or short trips. They ought to build a commuter train from SLC connecting the really nice new airport, but then that would import homelessness and crime to Park City so it's not going to be a thing anytime soon. If only that filthy streets and homelessness thing could be solved, then Salt Lake City itself would be a really nice and super fun place to live. Of course it hasn't been very fun in 2020 with events canceled, but it did have lots of nice cultural events and things to do.

Beautiful! What vehicles are popular in Salt Lake City? I can’t find the video where you talk about herriman.
SUV's and 4 wheel drive vehicles are definitely popular. Trucks as well. I have not released a video on Herriman just yet. Coming soon!
