Same here. Wondering as a southpaw when someone kicks me to my left side of the body. What is the prober thing to do ? Am a beginner and sometimes get confused in drills because im the only southpaw in there.

Check it or change guard then go for a round house to body

@@jl6471 Just in case you weren't aware: when fighting orthodox vs southpaw ("open stance") both fighters are actually in the same "mirrored" position. This means that the exact same tactics designed to be used on a southpaw by an orthodox fighter will also work for the southpaw in reverse :)

Yup. Every weapon the southpaw has against an orthodox fighter, the orthodox fighter has it the same way too...
